"Well she's only parking there for 5 mins, the owner does the same thing when loading her car." I explained I work with the special needs community and what she is doing is wrong. Her response was "well good thing nobody in a wheelchair is coming in." I declined to make an appointment for a drop off of my items. Excusing anything like that is not somewhere I am interested in doing any sort of business with.
