customer service very poor to non existent. after receiving the delay notification for my special…read moreorder and patiently waiting three days for an update, i finally called the spokane valley lowes for some info. spoke to leslie and then matthew asking for a new estimated delivery date i received no call back, or apology, from either of them. finally get word that the delivery is ready to pick up only to get to the store and see that the package was damaged. again, not even a feigned apology from staff or supposed managers steve or john. i worked in customer service for a construction trade for seven years and you better believe i apologized to customers for a bunch of stuff i wasn't responsible for. because that"s what customer service is. "sir, i understand how frustrating this must be and i do apologize." that wouldn't have cost them anything, but instead i'll never spend another dime at any lowes store in the future.

Many, many people told us to check out Trovato Interiors on Sprague near Spokane Valley City Hall. Very friendly Susan showed me an amazing armoire she says is over 200 years old. Beautiful piece. Just have to figure out how to get it home and up the stairs. LOL Also picked up some funky animal-print pillows and, I don't know what they are called, throw blankets perhaps?, that are furry and are for our new couch. Trusted and successful citizens of the community are correct. Trovato is THE place to go for all your furniture and home decorating needs.
