Which I was under the impression I did given the paperwork I filled out. So, I lost 20 items for $10 and they had no remorse or apology for the miscommunication. I have no interest in doing anymore business with them. Please beware of taking things there to sell. You are not their priority. They will take your things, give you chump change for them and send you on your way.

We spent some time late morning the next day on August 16 2020 in downtown CDA. Stopped here to buy a truckers hat of the CDA official emblem since I've seen people down in Treasure Valley wear CDA apparel from time to time. It was $30 for a hat logo but I've gotten a good and fair use since I've worn it a lot ever since, both down in Treasure Valley and in Southern California visiting loved ones. The staff were good too. Since my birthday was the day prior to visiting their business they willingly gave me a sticker free of charge. I've been wanting to come again someday to CDA on another trip up the Idaho Panhandle like the one I took in the Summer of 2020. Maybe there will be something else I want here. I questioned it, with the owner, who happened to be at the store. I was later told that the manager said I only received credit for the money I spent and would not be receiving the money that I earned in their so called loyalty program back. After having spent $1,000 at their store over the years, I apparently received a $50 credit to use at checkout. I was so excited as I didn't even know it existed! When I brought one of the items back that I purchased, to get a store credit, so I could get something else from their store, the manager said that I was given a "gift" of $50 and lost that when I brought the item back. It would have been nice of them to tell me I could exchange it for the same amount that was spent, but they never said anything. I'm not sure how they figure that into their "loyalty" credit, but was saddened by the disloyalty I received after having shopped there for so many years. They apparently care more about keeping $50 than they do earning $1,000. I still can't wrap my head around it. However, it left such a bad taste in my mouth that I won't be giving them my business. It's a small town and word gets around, when customers aren't treated with respect. As their sister store, Sage, is run by the same family, I also won't be supporting their business anymore. Sad day, as Just Because was my favorite boutique in the area.

Worst customer service ever…read more They were at Seattle Center on 8/19 so people whose kids attend Pacific Northwest Ballet school could go there and purchase required items for lessons. We purchased some items, and one of them was a cute neckless for our daughter - but when we arrived at our house, we noticed that the neckless was not in the bag they gave us. We called them immediately, and Bailey answered. She called the owner Melanie who was still at the Seattle Center. Melanie told Bailey that she handed the neckless to "our daughter" and the daughter walked out with it. We told Bailey that could not be us because we didn't have our daughter with us. So Bailey called Melanie again, and called us back to tell us that if we returned to the Seattle Center with our receipt, Melanie will give us the neckless. So we drove all the way back there - but instead of giving us the neckless, Melanie took our receipt and phone numbers and told us she'd get back to us. Two days later (8/21), no word from them. So we called their store and left a message requesting that they call us back to let us know what was going on. 8/26 (M), still nothing from them. So we emailed them with details of the situation, and again, requested that they contact us. Now it's 8/31, and still no word from them. At this point we don't thing they have any intention of giving us the neckless back or ever contacting us. If this is not the worst customer service or business (for possibly selling the same thing twice and ripping us off), I don't know what is. It's a shame that we have to use this business to obtain items required for PNB school, I wish the school contracts with someone else.
