My husband and I drove to Dexafit hoping to get a more accurate reading on whether my weight gain was due to more fat or muscle and frankly, to get help on maintaining healthy body weight. It was a fantastic experience. We did the $99 special and I was delighted to get a 10 page, full color, detailed report of our body weight. We also received a grade on our body weight, bone and metabolic health, which was super helpful and gave us a good place to start. Then, an incredibly kind, cheerful and forthright trainer sat us down and was very frank about the changes that needed to happen in order for us to improve our health. He gave us direct feedback on where we should focus and did not overwhelm us with a mega fitness plan that we would soon forget and not follow through on. NO HARD SELL ON SUPPLEMENTS, AT ALL. He even demonstrated specific exercises tailored to my husband's body and fitness level that he could do to improve his health. The results speak for themselves: I started a plan to add yoga sessions to my weekly workout schedule to improve my joint flexibility and I am feeling much better as a result. I will continue the yoga sessions. My HUSBAND doubled his gym visits and his weight is at least holding steady. We will go back to Dexafit in about 2-3 months to get another check to see if our new workout plans and exercises have improved his health. Oh yes: Also, the space was clean and tidy, they were on-time, even early to start our appointment and they did both my husband and I at the same time, but alternating diagnostic machines. Not having your reports in a timely fashion for a doctors appointment makes the appointment almost useless. My August scan took a week to get back, the report was not complete, my doctor's office requested that it be read again and it never was submitted Finally, at the beginning of October, we had to call in and speak to a radiologist to get the report. If you have any idea how much stress that adds to somebody's cancer, Journey, you would commit to doing better. Being behind because you're short staffed is no excuse when that's been going on for over six months. With the money you're raking in, you should be able to staff well enough to give people the reports in a timely fashion.

The test is not FDA approved but has been fast tracked under the emergency authorization use act and is believed to be reliable. Anyways the reason I gave them 3 stars is because the receptionist was not wearing a mask but the person conducting the test was wearing a mask and was very nice but i didn't get her name. The positives- they ask you to wait outside for your result so that part was very good and they provide your results quickly.

Continued to receive letters from the collection agency that my account was delinquent even after I paid. I'm really upset and disappointed in SMIL that their mistake has put me in a position where my credit score could be affected along with all the time I had to spend getting the whole mess corrected.
