When you commit to providing a report within 24 to 48 hours because it's a stat order, and then you don't provide that it's incredibly stressful for someone dealing with cancer. Not having your reports in a timely fashion for a doctors appointment makes the appointment almost useless. My August scan took a week to get back, the report was not complete, my doctor's office requested that it be read again and it never was submitted Finally, at the beginning of October, we had to call in and speak to a radiologist to get the report. If you have any idea how much stress that adds to somebody's cancer, Journey, you would commit to doing better. Being behind because you're short staffed is no excuse when that's been going on for over six months. With the money you're raking in, you should be able to staff well enough to give people the reports in a timely fashion.

OK, fine. Then about two weeks later I saw a note in my primary doc's portal from Simon Med that the mammo scan was incomplete due to a technical error, I'd need to come back. I scheduled that appointment for 8:45 am.....and proceeded to sit in a cold waiting room with nothing but a short flimsy paper shirt type covering over my upper body for nearly an hour. Whenever I checked about the delay I was told, "Someone will be right with you". The following week I got a letter informing me I needed to reschedule, the images were insufficient as there was a technical error....but that was based on the first visit. When I read the report in my doctor's portal, even the second set of imaging wasn't entirely clear. Next year, different facility for my mammogram!

The test is not FDA approved but has been fast tracked under the emergency authorization use act and is believed to be reliable. Continued to receive letters from the collection agency that my account was delinquent even after I paid.
