Dr. Jones is a fantastic physician--attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about his patients. Unfortunately, the rest of the operation has completely fallen apart over the past year, and the experience no longer reflects the high standard of care that once defined this office. The administrative side has become a mess. On multiple occasions, I've arrived for appointments--lab visits and provider visits alike--only to find that staff weren't even on site. No phone call or text to notify me that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. This has happened three times in six months. Between taking time off work, arranging childcare, and driving across town, it's incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of time. What used to feel like a concierge-level practice now feels like an afterthought. The lack of respect for patients' time and the repeated scheduling failures make it impossible to rely on this office for consistent care. I don't know if it's a management issue or fallout from the Amazon acquisition, but either way, this location no longer delivers the quality or professionalism that patients deserve. **update: you will see response below from OneMedical. I'm a generally healthy person with no complaints who is on a couple long-term maintenance medications for stable conditions. Not only did they require multiple appointments for simple prescription refills, but they then coded these visits as high-complexity - despite the fact that I didn't request them, I had no complaints, and all I needed was a prescription refill (for frame of reference, my previous provider wrote 12-month prescriptions for the same meds). I was billed $176 for each of the virtual prescription refill appointments. My final appointment there before I called it quits was a 15-minute virtual appointment (again, that the provider requested, not me) where ALL I NEEDED was a refill. The provider herself actually coded it correctly, and the billing team overrode the provider and change the appointment to the high-complexity code. I have worked in medical billing, and these appointments do not meet the requirements of a high-complexity code. They will bill EVERYTHING as high-complexity. So if you're someone with a high-deducible plan, this is NOT the practice for you. (Sidenote - they also admitted to me that their self-pay prices are actually LOWER than my contracted rate with insurance, but they would not give me the self-pay price). I went back and forth with their billing team, telling them I'd be happy to pay the bill when it was the correct amount. They stopped responding to me in February 2025. Today I got a letter from collections. I'm petty so I'll be fighting this until the bitter end and making sure that by the time this is over, they'll have spent more than $176 on collections and paying their billing team to argue with me, but I recommend saving yourself the hassle and just avoiding this practice altogether. (Also I can't wait for the part where I get their auto response to this review telling me how concerned they are and to reach out to discuss. I've already done that multiple times and no one there cares to remedy this situation!)

To make a long story short, here is are bullet points of what occurred: 1) Reached out to OM to ensure they accepted the new insurance plan I was considering. I was told by TWO different employees that they accepted it. 2) I used this insurance to see my doctor several times over a health concern. 3) Received a bill stating I would need to pay all out of pocket because OM didn't accept my plan. 4) Reached out to various departments at OM asking about this. After several attempts and many delays in getting someone to respond, I was finally told to speak to the office manager. 5) Office manager informed me they would look into it and see what could be done. Few weeks went by, no response. Reached out various times and finally heard back from a new office manager who told me she would look into the issue. 6) Several more weeks went by and still nothing. Left messages and emails and after about 4 months of this, was told I would need to speak to my insurance since they couldn't help me. 7) Due to the amount of time between having received the initial bill and finally being told I need to figure it out myself, I asked for them to please not send the bill to collections since I am very aware that medical offices will quickly take this route. 8) Was informed that they had already sent me to collections and there was nothing they could do about it and didn't even try to make it right by offering to refund my membership or anything else. 9) Had to pay the full bill through a collection agency which has now affect my credit all due to their staff being incompetent.

Most people in medical care are not so cold and rude. Do not recommend if you like good customer service and it's unfortunate since Cucchetti seems like a good doctor! Danica truly is the epitome of a bad staff member so stay away from her. She is very unhelpful and will treat you like you're lying when you speak to her after your surgery and you tell her you have pain. It was only 12 hours after surgery and her attitude when she called me was appalling. My shoulder surgery went well (I think) but no one told me there would be 4 weeks of not being able to move my arm or do normal activities so do make sure to ask every question! I've had lots of surgeries and this one was the hardest to heal from!

I literally lost five hours of my life, frightened my family, and the hospital recommended that I needed to see a cardiologist to figure out why my blood pressure skyrocketed the way it did. I first met with Dr. Desai, and he spent so much time with me, getting a better understanding of not only my health, but what could've possibly led to the high blood pressure. He suggested a battery of tests being done, all of them came back negative, showing I was in great health. The last test they did was an ultrasound of the renal artery to the kidney. That is where he noticed what looked like narrowing and so he had me schedule an appointment for an angiogram to get it checked out. Got out of the procedure last week which Dr ambrosia performed, no blockage just a curved artery so no stent was needed. The reason for my glowing recommendation is due to the level of care I received and the level of support, compassion, and understanding both of these doctors gave me. I am so grateful for them and so thankful for such a positive experience!

I review everything. Including... walk-in doctor's offices. So, I'm a One Medical user, and I've used it for about six months. This is my home location, and I'm definitely a fan. One of the main things I like about it is how you can get labs done by just walking in anytime. You don't need an appointment. You just walk in and wait. If there's a line, they can give you a time to come back. Or, if there's no line, you can just sit in the waiting room. It's very nice to have a lab on site, and you don't have to deal with the whole Sonora Quest adventure that a lot of us Arizonans deal with. I've seen two nurse practitioners there. Both of them were helpful. And not only did they show good bedside manner--if I'm able to use that term, despite not actually being in a hospital bed--but they also were quick to respond to my messages on the app. The service here is painless. No pun intended. It's easy to make an appointment. Their app is very well-designed. And this location is clean and friendly. I would recommend One Medical if you're looking for a simple primary care experience.

But whoever is handling the billing lately is so rude, am not sure what happened. Maybe they outsourced it? I've never had an issue until recently. I called to clarify a charge that didn't seem like it was coded correctly. The person I spoke to on the phone was obviously busy with so many other things in the background and seemed annoyed and said she'd pass along my concern. I asked in the app and the person who replied was extremely rude as well, when I was just looking for clarification. Apparently a Saturday appointment triggers an extra $87 charge as "after hours" even though that was never disclosed and it shows on the website that they are opening alternate Saturdays (again with no mention of it being an extra fee or extra hours.) It wasn't an emergency and we didn't need to go on a Saturday. I just think that it should be disclosed somewhere that an extra fee will be incurred. My first inquiry in the app received a very patronizing "non-answer" to my question. The AI in the app is great but it doesn't handle billing. AI isn't always helpful but at least it's not rude or insulting. After the back and forth, I logged in to pay the balance that I should not have owed, but I chalked it up to a lesson learned. It showed zero balance. That was a few weeks ago, and today I got a bill in the mail showing the outstanding balance again. The providers and the quality of care are amazing. I just felt insulted the way I was treated by the billing people, and that's left a bad taste in my mouth.
