It is my goal/plan to communicate this with details on every social media platform I am a member of and also report them to Texas Dept of insurance if the owner does not reach out to me as I requested to to Tiffany last week. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. You do not want to talk to Karla. She is completely clueless and needs to go to some training. I received a text and an email stating that my policy had lapsed because of nonpayment. When I gave them a call and said that I've made all the necessary payments this isn't right, she goes well then just disregard it. I didn't feel comfortable with her response, so I asked her if she could please make sure if anything is wrong. She put me on hold for 15 minutes and then told me that I didn't pay for my homeowners insurance. I informed her that I have an escrow, so that shouldn't be right. She then says well do you think because you have an escrow you don't have to pay your insurance? I was dumbfounded. I had to explain to her what an escrow was and that the insurance company should be billing my mortgage. She said she would have the person in charge of that take a look at it because they were on break. I called back to follow up and hopefully talk to the person taking care of my policy. Karla picks up again and informs me I need to talk to my mortgage company. I call my mortgage company and they proceed to tell me that no one had ever sent them any documents and my previous insurance was never canceled. I call back again to tell them they didn't do their job correctly. She tells me that she'll send me the stuff and I can send it to mortgage. What's the point of an agent at this point I don't know? Was she not given a job description when she was hired? I told her that I cannot talk to her anymore, and I need to talk to anyone else. You would never believe what she said next. The person handling my policy is on break. I had to once again contact my mortgage and have them call them directly and handle their mistake myself. They sent the documents to the wrong address, but sent the cancellation policy to the right one. This has been an all day affair. If you do not know something, just take a message and let someone else handle it. Karla made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about, and I have only been buying homeowners insurance for the last 10 years. ‍ Steer clear from this place. They don't take accountability or resolve your problem. You'll get the run around here. read more

Forrest simply became my agent after 20 yrs with another agent whom retired. I have only talked to Forrest once, that was to get me to sign up for a life insurance. Since been my agent, we have had two different issues with our cars being hit, never heard from him, had a tornado put a tree on my house and never once heard from him to see if we were ok. You call his office and you only get admins whom tell you to call a 800 number to make a claim. This is not agent, he is simply riding the coat tails of a retired agent. I will be moving soon, will keep state farm but would never want this guy to be my agent in the future. read more

Whether it was getting me discounts on my policy or recently after a long stay in the hospital and with a little financial difficulty after they really helped when I had to catch up on my premium. I have been with this company for many years- paying nearly $650 a month for my family's vehicle coverage. Things have been good this far, but hear lately....... Just a few moments ago I had to inform the young lady that called me, to take my"recurring" payment over the phone- that if that if next month the payment is not truly "recurring" then I would have to move my business to another State Farm agency who could make that simple action happen! She tells me: I guess its my fault" I then ask- well who's else would it be, you set the credit card up last month when you called, and again the month before that!!!! And you "guess it's your fault". Hell I don't work there... 3 stars because prior to about 3 months ago, the service was pretty good. read more

This is the most incompetent office I have ever dealt with in my life. They don't answer their phones and they hang up on you. This office thinks they can just add additional insurance to your policy without any explanation and then just send you a text message saying you owe them money. The list goes on and on and on too many to list and I don't want to waste anymore time with this office. Mr. COBB actually said it's not him it's State Farm well hello Mr. COBB you are State Farm! They do not follow the State Farm Code of Conduct and I will be contacting headquarters to file an official complaint against him. With so many other competent SF offices in Houston I would stay far far away from this office and save yourself from the headache and aggravation! ! read more

I've been having a ton of issues with my auto policies written with Forrest Cobb State Farm agency. I've asked many, many, times for multiple vehicles to be removed from my policy after one vehicle was sold and one was moved to another policy, due to my daughter buying her own home and auto policies. I continue to receive bills and continue to get charged for the coverages on these vehicles. The agency is taking no responsibility on this and placing blame on the Underwriter. At one point I had finally received confirmation that one vehicle had been removed but no mention of a refund. Today (1.5 months later) I received an updated bill with ALL the vehicles listed on the policy AGAIN and with a note stating that the vehicle once removed had been reinstated again and they would be back billing me again from the reinstatement date. I've called State Farm to discuss and they are telling me it's an agency issue but the agency is telling me it's an Underwriter issue. Is there any alternative besides cancellation of an auto policy to resolve this? I know that's the common sense alternative but I try to be a loyal consumer. read more

Elliot and Tiffanie are amazing here! My mom used to deal directly with Elliot when it came to our insurance plan and became close to him throughout years of service. He was very kind to her. She passed away in November and after awhile, I called to have her name removed from our insurance policy. I was dealing with Tiffanie and she was very sweet and helpful. I had her pass the information to elliot about my mom and he took time out of his busy schedule to call and send his condolances. Even to this very day, if I call, he sends his best and checks on my sister and I. Talk about above and beyond! I would definitely recommend these to for anyone! Keep up the good work guys! This is a shitty office everyone is unorganized. Every time you call them they never answer and if you leave a voicemail, they don't call back. Poor communication from agent to customer. You pay too much every month and get no service or bad service. As soon as I can I'm going to find a better insurance! read more

This office is the most unorganized business I have ever dealt with. They wrote down my credit card number, did NOT process my payment and I have still not been notified what happened with my cc #! I even called back and said something was fishy about the payment I previously called in. Then after my actual payment was phoned in AGAIN 2 weeks later I am told I can't have a copy of my insurance card easily faxed to me because it is still showing pending on their end. It has been 5 business days! They are frustrating and obviously have no desire to keep a long time policy holder. I am willing to pay MORE to deal with a different PROFESSIONAL insurance agency. read more
