I wrote a review a month ago..but it must have been removed by the firm, because - although 100 percent TRUE - it was negative. SO..I am re-posting it. I was in a serious auto accident over a long winter holiday weekend three-plus years ago. In a residential neighborhood at 3:15 pm, I was rear ended by an impaired driver, driving with a suspended license, who put me up on a homeowner's lawn, two feet from an iron post lamp. My car was totaled and I sustained serious injury. I selected T & T because I had a positive experience with them on another matter a decade earlier. A HUGE MISTAKE on my part! After 3.5 years, 4 attorney changes and 4 paralegal changes, my case was FINALLY settled for a laughable amount of money that was BEYOND insulting. But perhaps the worst part of my horrific experience was the accusatory excoriation with which I was treated by the managing partner when I tried to help my case processes - WITH PERMISSION TO DO SO! There was no compassion, no sympathy, nothing but accusations and terrible rhetoric, making me feel that that the accident was actually MY fault. Trust, of course, diminished on my part due to the reprehensible treatment I received, but after 3+ years, I did not wish to start over with another firm. I made a DREADFUL mistake..and I paid for it DEARLY! "Let Our Family Help YOUR Family"?? Um...NO! RUN AWAY FROM THIS FIRM! No doubt, this will be quickly removed by Trantolo & Trantolo. This firm did a VERY poor job in handling our motorcycle accident cases! After 1-1/2 years they never even put any of the parties on notice and when I complained about their lack of efort I was told I was "a difficult Client". Really? You plaster your face all over saying how you'll help an accident victim get justice but instead all you wanted to handle was my passenger for the quick buck and sell me down the river. If anyone out there needs a lawyer for an accident (especially an out of state accident) DO NOT use this firm to represent you!! read more

If only I could rate with ZERO! Attorney Brown is the most unprofessional, rarely returns phone calls, yells at clients, making you feel guilty, offends instead of defend! Showing his attitude and making you feel that your case is not that important as there are not many injuries. Getting frustrated and starts to yell if you ask more questions than he is willing to answer. He overlooked or forgot about one medical bill that he made a solo decision and asked to forward to Trantolo&Trantolo instead of sending it to us. By that time insurance could've covered that expense now it is an out-of-pocket expense. DO NOT HIRE Attorney Brown! Stay as far as possible from that person! I sent a letter to the Partners and their Director of Communications - will see what the answer be. Hope they really care about people not just their commission. read more

Much like the last reviewer from 09/24/2016. My experience was the same. This firm is a total joke! If I described my complete experience with this evasive attorney I had. It would be a novel. Fortunately, I put "ALL" my correspondence in writing so it's documented as to what kind of morons I had handling my case. Then there's the non-stop advertisements blaring us in the face on local T.V, and Facebook sayhing how much they care about you - THEY DO NOT. When calling in to their firm and placed on hold,, you hear Scott Trantolo blathering about how they treat their clients like family. And if there's ever, ANY concern, Scott wants to know about it. In fact, he specifies to leave him a message to get in touch and he will call back to discuss. I left a message with their receptionist that I would like a call from Scott within 48 hours. It's been three months. He isn't calling.... Why? because he simply doesn't care! That constitutes, outright, lying and false advertising in my book. This firm does NOT care about you or your situation. I believe they "cherry pick" their cases and leave the rest to go stale. I don't believe it has to do with an individual's financial status. Rather, they focus on what makes the most money. Meanwhile people who are validly hurt and in pain stay at priority Z to these Archons. THEY JUST DON'T CARE. Yet, they'll argue with you that they "insist" on keeping you as a client even when you tell them repeatedly that it's obvious they aren't doing anything about the case. I have this experience in writing, multiple times. What a waste of a year dealing with this firm. They actually made my case WORSE over the course of 11 months. Trantolo & Trantolo claim they are there to fight for the underdog. This is not true. Trantolo & Trantolo claim they are there to help the people that need help. This is not true. I went to them a while back with a case that was iron clad. I had the very records that incriminated the other party and the physical permanent injury (easily seen). The only thing missing was a signed confession. I got some blow hard on the other line that gave me about 10 seconds via telephone. Didn't look over the records, and stated to me that Trantolo & Trantolo didn't handle "that type of case". Funny, everywhere I have looked, I have seen that this firm handles medical malpractice. I have the incriminating medical records, and the physical damage, that 4 different doctors have told me this is permanent. Again, the only thing missing is the signed confession. I have to wonder, is it because I have medicaid and medicare that they "don't handle this type of case"? The Dept of public health sided with me to the tune of 2.5 pages. They never side with anyone that's not an MD. I will need a lifetime of care. My life will be painful as well as misery filled thanks to the doctor that screwed me up. Trantolo & Trantolo are only available for the upper crust. They are not now, nor ever were available for the average guy. And should you have state and federal assistance- be prepared to be blown off at warp speed. Guess they need the extra cash for boloney TV ads! read more
