My name is Abby, and I got a flat driving through the Clovis road construction. Within 20 minutes of my call for road service, Dakota arrived to repair my tire. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Got a flat and had to leave the same day. These guys went above and beyond to get me a tire to get on the road (very uncommon tire size). They found a used tire to get me going, mounted, balanced, checked all 4 pressures and sent me on my way free of charge. Cannot thank them enough! read more

After buying a new set of tires at Forrest tires ,I Took my truck into the alignment shop for alignment and shocks . I was told I that the passenger side front shock absorber was leaking. After waiting for a few days for parts that I was told that was "necessary " and 2 days in in the shop Installing them I paid 2500.00 for front end word. Got the truck back with the leaking shock You think that if there was problem about them not replacing a defective part I could have been told no. Just pay the bill and go away. Phone calls did not resolve the matter. Go to A alignment shop that you can trust!!! read more

Not real impressed at this point I ordered two front tires on Monday I was told they would be in the following day.(subtract one star) Lack of customer service I got no call so I drove to the store on Wednesday they told me it would be about an hour. After I had been there an hour with no place to sit because they apparently have the entire town held hostage. (Subtract another star)They told me my tires hadn't come in it took an hour to figure that out? On Friday I called to find out if my tires had come in (Lack of customer service continues, no call to advise me they were here subtract yet another star) I ask to be put in the rotation or line up and customer service on the phone tells me it's first come first serve. I believe these are the last two tires Forrest tire will put on this or any of my personal vehicles. read more

Staff seems capable of eventually fixing vehicles but I had a negative customer service experience. On arrival, expect a lack of accountability on car owner details and prepare to be assertive about discussing your car needs before they simply take your car away without really talking to you. Wait time is probably going to be 6 times as long as whatever they tell you. A 15 minute job, the front bumper removal of my car to replace a burnt headlight, took them 2 1/2 hours. It is a job I'd do myself except I am several months pregnant. Don't leave your car and expect it to be fixed when you return either. Better to sit in the waiting area and constantly inquire about it. I'd probably come back here to get more car repairs but I'd come with low expectations regarding basic businessplace courtesies and timeliness. read more

This is probably the best place in Clovis to have your car or truck worked on. They have decent prices and a lot of services that other dealerships in Clovis don't even offer. I got there within 20 minutes of them closing for a nail in one of my tires. They don't do plugs only patches and they were able to patch my tire and get me back on the road before they closed. I went in for an oil change it they were quick and affordable. Before I left I asked for a quote on tires for my other vehicle and they were happy to provide it as well as lower than I expected. I will definitely be going back for tires in the near future as well and future oil changes. read more

BEWARE! Forrest Tire destroyed my tire! I bought a brand new Toro Zero Turn mower and got a thorn in the tire. I took it to Forrest Tire in Artesia to get it patched 20 minutes before they closed. Their employees were in such a hurry that they spun the tire on their machine and dug out a perfectly round gash out of the sidewall that goes completely around the tire. I didn't notice it until I got home and they had already closed for the day. The following business day we took the tire back and they refused to replace the tire. So beware! Take your money else where if you want it done right! read more
