My sons who live in NC ordered a bouquet for my birthday and we were so disappointed. They were obviously old. The roses and carnations were turning brown and the greens had already lost most of their leaves so they just looked like sticks. Worst part is that when I called Forsbergs, instead of getting at least a "I'm so sorry you were disappointed" which would have helped a lot...I got a sarcastic attitude from the employee! Received this bouquet of "fresh cut flowers" 2 days ago and they haven't even needed more water added to vase! That says a lot! read more

Called several times to try and order flowers for a wedding. Every time I call the person who is suppose to handle weddings (Sara so I am told) is always busy. Think it would not be so hard to find a flower shop that wants your business. Trying to have a 5-minute call with them takes 3 days and several no call backs. I would suggest stepping up your customer service, especially when dealing with such an important day for someone (a wedding). Customers want to feel like they picked the right vendor and that the vendor cares about them. You should be winning my business and I should not have to jump through so many hoops for service. I guess I will look elsewhere... read more

We ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered to our mother two times a month for 6 months. Everything was OK for about 3 months, then deliveries stopped. Called Forsberg's about it and they sent out another bouquet, apologized, and promised that they would not forget to send the remaining flowers. No more flowers came, so we received only about half of what we paid for. I've also noticed that the flowers that did come don't last very long, so I suspect they are sending my mother flowers that are near expiration. We will not be buying anything at Forsberg's again, and suggest that you might not want to, either. read more

We stayed in Marquette for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I spoke to the flower shop before we went up there and they said we could come up and just order the flowers that day. I asked them to make a large and a medium sized wildflower arrangement, and that both be different. They were ready within 45 minutes and were beautiful! Then the next night we were looking at the banquet room at the hotel and the hotel had said they have flower center pieces for us. Well there was only one carnation in a simple vase on each table. We called Forsbergs about an hour before they closed and asked if they could make 6 $20 wildflower vases super fast. They did! And again they were beautiful. We ordered a fairly expensive arrangement for my grandmother's 81st birthday. I will say the flowers that showed up were nice looking. however that's where this story starts. Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday we ordered Wednesday morning. Wed afternoon comes and we get a call from the delivery driver that she delivering our flowers that day. We try to correct her and say no they are for Friday. response we received well I'm just the delivery driver and I'm delivering them. We called the store immediately to try and stop it. she delivered anyhow. and it's not even the correct flower order. so we called store again. no one in charge speak with. an employee took all my info and whole story down said someone would call next day. Thursday no phone call. Friday I make the drive to the store. extremely irritated at this point. I'm welcomed by Bobby with the upmost respect. Claiming he never received the info but with the willingness to make it right with anything that was in his ability. we came to agreed refund amount and he is the reason we will continue to be customers. so as a summary they completely botched order, delivery driver definitely disappointed us, worker who took all my info never turned it into manager, but Bobby came in as an all-star to redeem the whole business. read more

It's tricky to order arrangements when you're across the country, but every single time their results have been wonderful and it's safe to say the desired reactions were definitely met. I recently ordered early bouquets for Mother's Day for my sister and mother and was phoned to speak more about the arrangements I wanted. They received their bouquets today and the photos are outstanding - I'm sure they're even lovelier in person. I ordered flowers online for my Mother-in-law for Mother's Day and everything was fine. I ordered flowers again for her again in June for her birthday. But this time I got a phone call that they would have to charge an extra 20 dollars because they use a different vendor that is closer to make the order and delivery. It was too late to make other arrangements so I said yes, but when the receipt arrived I sent a reply asking why the sudden extra $20. I did not get a response. The order did arrive on the correct day, but used a different vase than was ordered and though I chose the arrangement I did because it included so much blue, there was only one blue flower included. I will definitely not be using this florist again. read more

I was ordering a "beautiful" vase of colorful flowers for my daughters recital. It was to be a very special night for her. We live a few hours away so though I had always bought flowers to the theater I wanted to use a local florist and have them delivered on opening night for her.....when I saw the next day what was given her, her grandma and I were so very disappointed.......looks like someone went to a grocery store, grabbed some old flowers and thew them in a too tall vase. Nothing looked nice.....I'm so disappointed, boquets others got her for a fraction of the cost were much more beautiful....these looked nothing like any of the pictures on the website. read more

I ordered an arrangement through their website for a family member in the hospital. I decided to pay the extra money for the deluxe version. What was delivered was in no way the deluxe version it had 90% carnations and two roses. Not only was the arrangement awful, but contacting someone to speak to about this issue has been near impossible. I will NEVER go through them again nor will I recommend them. read more

A dear friend in Marquette recommended Forsberg's to me - the new owners and new management have gone above and beyond on many occasions. I am from out of town and whenever I need floral service, I skip FTD and make one call right to Forsberg's for everything I need. The benefit to a small town florist is that they know their audience and they get it right. Whenever I'm in town I love shopping their local boutique store, and my in-town family has always been delighted with the quality and beauty of the flowers they receive. Great job! read more

Bought a dozen long stem red roses today and was charged $69. The gentleman ahead of me bought a dozen and was charged $39. We have used Forsbergs for at least 40 years and spent thousands of dollars there. We won't be using them in the future. read more

Bought a beautiful bouquet of yellow roses to celebrate an accomplishment for my daughter at NMU. Paid $72 total. Placed the order online but followed up with a personal phone call to ask questions and confirm my expectations. The first person to answer my call couldn't even find the order I had placed which should've tipped me off however I was transferred to a second person who was able to finally find my order. I was assured the bouquet would match the photo of what I ordered due to the simplicity of it and also because they had the roses, greenery and vase required. Once the bouquet arrived to my daughter she sent me photos and I could not believe what was delivered. The bouquet looked like a meek quarter of the bouquet I paid for. Yes it had the roses but the vase was this tiny little cheap vase and hardly none of the greenery was there. I could've done better walking into a grocery store and purchasing a bouquet for $19.99! Sent an email expressing my disappointment and got no response. WILL NOT USE THIS FLORIST AGAIN! read more
