Exquisite Care Care made the interior look like it was new! Every little nook, cranny and crevice was touched, down to the smallest seam. But now it is summer and it started to smell rank. From what I read it seems the battery needs to be disconnected to remove the passenger seat to thoroughly clean the carpet on the passenger side. I took it to Exquisite Car Care in Wixom and they did an awesome job. I live just a mile away and they even delivered it when they were finished. My mom's Buick Envision was acceptable, maybe even decent. My Brother's '97 Jeep TJ, however, was a big disappointment. I am fairly confident that none of the hard surfaces were touched - see attached pictures I took after getting it home. Admittedly, the front seats (no back seat installed) were well vacuumed though the sides and backs were untouched and full of dust. I did take it back and canceled the scheduled detailing on my brother's cross-over and pickup and showed the Jeep to person at the counter. to be fair, he offered to take it back and address the issues, but after them having it 9 hours yesterday, picking it up as they were closing, and the inconvenience of leaving it again when I thought, expected, a professional result for a paid for service, I opted not to do so. I like the fact that he has his own area where he works. He's not some rim rim operation that pulls up in your driveway with a junky power washer. I have a Ford flex. It was pretty darn dirty when I bought it. It didn't look so dirty until he pulled the seats back. He did not add on to the original quoted price even though he spent an extra three hours on it. Mine was considered a small SUV. It has three rows of seats. I clean houses for a living and I am a perfectionist. I must say this owner Chris works by himself,so he knows the job is done right, and I must say he did a spectacular job! He met my standards by cleaning every nook and cranny even under things. He did not miss the door jams. He did a great job on the windows. He did the inside and the outside of my truck. It looks like and smells like a new truck and it is a 2009. He even got the stuff off the outside of the doors by the mirror. He also went out of his way and picked me up and dropped me off at home home.
