We called roadside assistance and they allegedly were going to send someone out, but they never came. My husband and I both called a ton of places and my husband found Keith from Buice's. They talked on the phone and then he came and took a look. By this time it was around 10pm, so he said we'd be safe to drive it to the shop, and we could spend the night in it and then he'd be there in the am. At 7am I heard wrenches going, and we were back on the road by about 2pm!!!! Everyone at Buice's was so nice and accommodating and their prices were awesome!!! I highly recommend them and wish we lived closer because I would bring all of our vehicles to them!!!

My car was towed to Buice's garage on Sunday morning. Mind you I stay in Atlanta which is a hour away. I called from multiple numbers to get my car no answer. I called Monday morning and was spoken to so rudely by a man for asking a simple question about the price because cause he had said he was open the day before and didn't get my calls but I had proof of the calls. When I arrived to the lot a woman was in the office and was so stand offish, mind you this is a business she did not greet us she looked irritated that we were in her presence. She not only belittled me the entire conversation because I look young she took my money and didn't give me my keys after I said I want a police report. When I told her the police were on the way. She made a call herself and literally said "come get them out my shop" when the police arrived he refused to write a police report said we had to go they literally knew the officer. Not to mention when I got in my car the battery was dead. Anti theft lock was on. And one of my tires was a hair from being flat. RUN FROM THIS TOWN PLEASE ! Monroe Police Department Do Better !
