My first indication of incompetency was that the driver, George, called me with my address at the…read morewrong location during the GPS era, which I had to literally stay on the phone until he showed up to my location. What started off as a simple flat tire turned into a damage claim due to the driver's arrogance. When he pulled up, he had a woman in the car, which I thought was odd, but seemed to add to his arrogant demeanor. I specifically asked if he had a power drill because I was not able to loosen up the lug. His first response was, I can do it because I weigh more than you. I then let him know that I don't trust that he can do that. And I insisted that he try with only a power drill. The driver then made me a bet that he could do. It literally made me a bet that he could do it. Obviously, I did not take the bet, but the driver's arrogance was radiating about his abilities. As he attempted to unloosen the lug nut, he eventually broke it and immediately decided not to take ownership and blame it on the lug. Not once, did he offer to resolve the issue? I had to call triple-a and create my own claim with the driver vehemently denying his accountability. First of all, his incompetence, of not knowing how to get to my location, second of all his arrogance of his abilities, third of all his lack of accountability towards what he did. I adamantly advise anyone to not take the shortcut and use this company, especially if George is the person that comes out for your call. What started off as a simple flat tire, now has cost me who knows how much. If this business is called showtime, they need the sandman to come out and remove George from the stage.
