Their are parts of the park that allow for wheelchair use, but the main hiking tails are mostly gravel. Its a very busy park, so no need to worry about it being too secluded or not safe. Word to the wise...the restrooms have been closed since the pandemic, so prepare to go before or practice safe measures when finding a secluded tree. Lol.
