I liked that they provided several reminders about the upcoming service. They were polite and direct with what was included in the cleaning. I purchased the move out package. Payment was easy and no hassle. Upon cleaning day before the start of the window for the maids arrival I received a call from the manager who stated that the maid that was schedule was not able to come. The manager asked if we could reschedule or he would come himself later. The rescheduling was not an option so the manager and 1 other person serviced my property. So the cleaning was just ok. I was really expecting for it to shine and to smell really fresh and it wasn't. I ended up having to go back and wipe the kitchen countertop and the isle before my tenant arrived because I could still see crumbs and residue on the granite. The floor was vacuumed however, the corners were not, so debris still remained against the walls. Also, in the master bathroom they did a wonderful job on the shower door but there was soap scum left on the shower wall that I had to clean before the tenant came. So overall I felt like the cleaning was just sub par. But good luck to the business and maybe if the actual maid would have came the results would have been better but I think I will have to try another provider. read more

I'm giving no stars. Unless Yelp requires a star, I would prefer to accurately give them no stars. We tried to get their service for move out and had seen their ad in the county magazine. We had two other options and had previous service from another bad ... I can't even call that one a company. So I knew what to expect of regular cleaning service and had expectations a move out service would be a bit heavy duty and detailed cleaning with a price to match. Set up was relatively easy and they said it may take eight hours. They scheduled one maid to clean a 2 bdrm 1.5 bath townhome for that period. Clearly, I had concerns about their expectations. We had also told them we expected to hire carpet cleaners as part of our move out. The maid arrived about 20 minutes late. My husband showed her the layout and reiterated we expected move out cleaning and that we have carpet cleaners scheduled. We had a bad feeling. Customer service just wasn't there. Sure enough about an hour later, the company called saying the maid didn't feel well as she smelled gas. After another couple hours they called back and said she wasn't going to be able to finish the job. We went to the townhome. She spent four hours having cleaned NOTHING. She did make sure to turn on the stove. We let the company know this. They didn't argue but I made sure that we were not paying for service NOT rendered. Im still livid they handled this so unprofessionally and so dangerously. We may have already moved out of the unit, but we shared our walls with three other families. What happened if a spark had ignited the gas she deliberately turned on? The company cannot argue we left the stove on after our last meal, which would have been cooked three weeks prior to the appointment. We were there with the movers the day prior to the housekeeping. Why couldn't she open the windows to air out what she willfully put into the house? Thought that might have been the end of the story? No so! THREE MONTHS LATER... they're trying to charge me over $300 on a RECURRING basis. For services NEVER PROVIDED. Don't trust this company. Hell has more integrity than this shady company. read more
