Worst ever experience. 2 cleaning ladies from the simply green did everything against what i told them to do. Acted like they didn't understand a word of English language and the quality of their work was extremely poor. Their cleaning style was such that they cross contaminated everything. , I am highly disappointed with their cleaning ladies and the work they did or didn't do. They caused more trouble than the paid help they provided. I shouldn't have paid this company what I paid.. I paid more than the service i received. It was very stressful to deal with them. I am so disappointed. I received a free charity clean for breast cancer patients through a company called "Cleaning for a Reason". I was matched with Simply Clean & Green. The cleaners were set to arrive between 8-9 am, they arrived at 9:25. Immediately upon entering our home, they were talking very poorly about us in Spanish, and it was clear they did not want to be there. They went into 1 bathroom and 30 minutes later I received a text from the owner stating they were being told to leave the home due to a "biohazard" condition. I asked what that meant and I was told there were cat and mice feces, and mosquitoes which meant they could not clean. I told her that that was absolutely untrue. She stated they had sent her photos, I asked to see the photos. She told me she would be done with the conversation and to take care. I am so disappointed and considering this company intentionally work with this charity to help people like myself going through cancer treatment, just to be treated so poorly. I have made a recommendation to Cleaning for a Reason to no longer work with them. read more

We called Heidi and her team for a move out clean. This is not her first rodeo. The team went through every square inch of the home and clean it twice. Heidi and her team did a great job on my home last week! I called a while back for a heavy/deep cleaning but wasn't ready to schedule yet, and she was so sweet about calling when I was. When we finally scheduled, she came out the next business day. I've never had a cleaning service, so the buildup was there. It was so nice to come home to a clean house! I called for a Deep Cleaning to get our house ready to put on the market and was impressed by how knowledgable and kind the owner was. She was a pleasure to talk to and I immediately felt comfortable. The cleaning crew arrived right on time and were very pleasant and polite. The house looks gorgeous. My only real complaint is that I hesitated to call. My life would have been so much better if I had called months ago when I first considered hiring a service. I'll start with this, I do not think any of what happened was malicious. I'm sure they do a good job for many clients, but what I experienced was nothing but frustration and disappointment. At first glance, my wife and I really liked this company. They service just our community and the surrounding ones all of which are affluent, so there must be a high standard they adhere to since the houses they clean are paying a premium. They also used non-hazardous/natural cleaning products only which is great, as we have dogs and exposure to chemicals is always a concern. The cost, $175. Very reasonable for a deep clean. - I assumed @ $175 over a 3-4 hour period - Approx hourly charge, $43-58 - Est Employee Wage, $12/hour - 2 x (12x3.5), $84 - After expenses, company is probably taking home around $75. According to the checklist of items the cleaners left behind, our deep clean was to include baseboards, ceiling fans, mopping, etc. In an effort to make the cleaning process easier, we sent them to the groomer for the day so the employees could do their jobs uninhibited by curious pups. The cleaning crew of arrived at Noon and were gone before 1:30 PM and half of the time one of the cleaners was on their cell phone. To clean a 2,000 sq ft house, in 90 minutes, that you've never cleaned before, and to the extent advertised on the companies website, is just not possible with two people. The issues upon their exit were many. - It seemed as though they used no cleaning solutions, just water. - 70% of our house if tile, there were sanding puddles of water, which when evaporated, left hard water deposits. - Counter tops, same story. - Couches and Chairs, untouched - Ceiling Fans, untouched (fan blades are around 9 ft, reachable with a duster or vacuum wand) - Base boards, untouched - Behind the toilets, untouched I spoke with the owner, she was very understanding. She told me to name the day and they would come and clean again. I relayed my complaints, not all, as I didn't want to come off as mean just for the sake of being mean, and again, she agreed, the time her employees spent cleaning was not to company standards. I text her the date, no response. I wasn't the nicest in my response, but with all that had transpired up to this point, I wan't in the mood for niceties. Do I really need to talk to you? I voiced my complaints, advised of the date the house would again be available to clean, and provided you with photos as best I could. in the end, all I wanted was my money back since I'd already give up my time. read more
