Fun spot and very clean, which makes sense less than a week after opening but I wouldn't be surprised if they maintain it well.

I was very disappointed today with my visit to the sango location. I usually take my boys to the…read moretiny town location that we all love, but here was a completely different story. One of the staff members was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. She even made a remark that she specifically had been working at this location for 3 weeks and had never seen me. Also I felt like my boys had to be extra vigilant even when in the toddler corner since there were many big kids playing in there and even the baby corner. Overall I just would not recommend this location and will only be returning to the tiny town location. And after the owner was made aware of her staffs short comings she proceeded to tell me that my family was simply not a fit for the play place, even though we have been going to mochas and minis in tiny town for years. And throughout our visit today the same staff members who was very rude and unprofessional was overheard acting the same way to many other people, as well as being on her phone many times for extended periods of time and not assisting her coworker with making drinks or cleaning up at all.

It didn't take long for her to advance to a competitive team. She learned so much from the coaches here and learned/improved upon so many skills I never imagined she would be able to do. I'm in awe every time I watch her compete and she wouldn't have these skills if it weren't for the amazing coaches at action. She was challenged and changed both physically and mentally. Her coaches and teammates were there every step of the way to help her through the stress/emotions of competition and hard practices. She's developed a strong work ethic because of her time spent here and I promise you the lessons learned are well worth the investment! We had to move gyms only because we are a military family and moved to another state. My daughter and our family made life long friends at this gym and we will miss everyone dearly!

I almost drove right by the place because it doesn't look like anything special from the outside, just another strip. Parking is limited because the building is shared with one or two other businesses, but, depending on the time you go (we went at 10am) you may not have many issues. Inside, you literally scan the QR codes, fill out the waiver, and pay all online. They're pretty lenient, and I didn't even have to show the staff my receipt. The facility itself looks pretty clean and well taken care of-- granted they had just opened a few weeks before we had visited, so I'd be interested in coming back a month or so later. There's lots to do! The space is basically open play and includes a bounce house, several themed play rooms (they're adding more toys), a sand pit, soft blocks, some little tikes cars, a ball pit, and rock wall, to name a few. There is also a "teen" gaming room and a couple of couches and tables and chairs for parents to sit at. You can basically see the entire play area no matter where you sit. There are 2 bathrooms and a changing table that's conveniently outside of the bathroom but still has enough privacy. Everything seemed clean! The only mishap was the one bathroom was out of paper towels the entire duration of our visit. Price wise, it's not terrible. It's $11 for 2 hours of play, and they frequently have deals and themed nights (mommy and me, Valentine's party, $5 days, etc.). Just check their website! All in all, I was pleased. As a birthday gift to one of our friends, we paid to have our boys go to Splat That and enjoy some free range artistic abilities. They had so much using their palette and enjoying. The freedom to put paint anywhere. LITERALLY. Kirsten was our host and she is amazing and super approachable for the children. There was a variety of paint colors to use along with stencils, canvas colors, paint tools and everything. We got geared up in coveralls to protect clothes [but I still recommend wearing play clothes] and then the boys had the room to themselves to create their art!
