She was too intimidated by the adults who were rough housing so we decided to leave as did three other families. All stated they didn't feel safe to allow their children to continue to play. Very disappointed! We drove two hours to be there. What a waste of time and money!!

There are multiple paths and courses with all kinds of obstacles to explore. I will say, if you're over 35, prepare yourself! Climbing between levels was no joke, and I'm definitely bringing knee pads next time for the tunnels. But everything feels sturdy and safe, which I really appreciated. My toddler had an absolute blast, and the staff were wonderful--especially when I had questions about hosting a birthday there. If you have a 2+ year old, definitely check it out!

Getting wild at the rumpus room!…read more It was our first time visiting the Rumpus Room and we were so excited to check it out. If you're looking for a fun, clean place to take the kiddos on those cold or rainy days, this is the spot! It's so quaint and such a fantastic idea. There are a few different play areas like a Veterinarian Clinic, construction zone, and cafe for the kiddos to engage in some imaginary play. Additionally, they have a sectioned off area specifically for babies and infants. The Rumpus Room is not only locally owned, but the owner, Haley, is female and a veteran....how freaking bad ass!! You can tell that she and her hubby have out so much heart into this cute place. You can also see all of the potential and vision they are working hard to bring out growing community. You can chose to play for an hour or better yet, a membership to have unlimited play time! At this time, they are requesting you reserve a play time through their website so they can accommodate safe play for all. While the place seems good for kids fun don't be fooled by them and their unprofessional rude…read morestaff. 10 of families were part of a birthday party hosted by our dear friends for their son. Party time was 12-2:00 pm. Here is the screenshot of email that was provided to the host of the party. Here is what me as a parent witnessed from their staff throughout the event. 1. Incident # 1 - Around 12:30 pm - 2 of the girls from their front desk staff were constantly interrupting the host parents to start wrapping up the party by 1:30 pm. This was just 30 mins into the event in front of all parents - Very disruptive. The host parent was politely mentioning we have the place reserved from 12-2:00 pm and it's just 12:30 right now. We will be out of here by 2:00 pm as per our reservation. The staff girls did not receive this well and said we have another party starting at 2:00 pm and we need to cleanup sooner. 2. Incident # 2 - At 1:20 pm while the kids were just starting to eat their lunch and cake post cake cutting and 2 of the front desk girls comes on the party room and starts to remove the table cloth saying they are starting the cleanup - ALL while we were in the middle of celebrating a birthday. The host parents and the guests had to again politely request this very unprofessional staff to please not remove anything right now and we will cleanup before 2:00 pm as per our reserved time and please let the kids eat for next 10 mins. Again, the staff responded unprofessionally to the host parents saying we already told you to clean up and you have to be out of here before 2:00 pm as we have another party starting. They forced to end the whole event earlier than it was reserved for. Kids didn't finish their meals or get to eat the cake. Incident #3 - all parents rushed out and got their kids situated from 1 year olds to 8 year olds. It was about 2:10 pm and there was no other party that had arrived that we were forced and rushed out for by this unprofessional staff The host parents went and checked in the email instructions if there is anything that says we have to leave 15 to 30 mins early before our reserved time. See the screenshot attached. It says nothing about that. Instead it says you have access to place 30 mins before the reserved time (Eg: 12:00-2:00pm) and that is it... Also, if they book back to back parties short changing each party by 15-30 mins without clear instructions (see the screenshot email again) it's selling a false experience and ripping young families off. I would be vary as a parent to host your kids events at this place. The management needs to do some serious coaching to young staff they employ that don't have manners or exhibit kind professional behavior especially if they are working at kids place which is suppose to be happy and safe.
