I got in there a minute or two before closing and there is a man and a woman working behind the counter. The man is helping a lady customer ship out a package so I walk up to the woman behind the counter and say "I just want to drop off this package and grab a receipt real quick." At the first the lady behind the counter just stands there for a good few seconds and looks at me like I'm absolutely stupid before saying "Yea just one minute" and as she's getting ready to print out a receipt the man working behind the counter interjects with "If you come back during normal business hours sure you can get a receipt, we're closed." Mind you he says this as he's still helping a lady at the counter so I pull out my phone and show him, "It's only 4:29, you guys close at 4:30 and it takes literally 5 seconds to scan the package press a button and it automatically prints a receipt", he replies with "We are closed, this woman was our last customer, come back tomorrow." Needless to say I won't be going back and I have a good mind to call and speak with his supervisor. Last time I checked my taxes dollars pay government workers and I pay too much in taxes for passive aggressive postal workers to be rude with me for absolutely no reason. He even came out to my truck to help carry the heavier items inside, which meant a lot on a hard day. Maleak, along with Taylor and Bryce, took great care packaging everything to make sure these irreplaceable keepsakes would arrive safely, and Maleak even tucked a kind, thoughtful note in with the packages -- a small gesture that meant more than he probably realizes. I can't recommend this store enough. The whole team was friendly, attentive, and treated me with real kindness during a tough moment. Thank you all so much for your care and professionalism.
