Cov19 exposed the guards' and employees' attitudes toward the prisoners, treating them as insignificant. High staff turnover, prejudice, contempt, intimidation of visitors , and worse, mistreatment of the prisoners. There's more to it than meets the eye, and I'm not scared to say it, so please, Federal Bureau of Prisons, conduct a sweep.

I've used this Post Office a few times in the past month and received very good customer service. The time arrived was 10-11am and it has been an in & out stop on both occasions. The postal workers were fast and friendly...unlike other USPS locations I've visited--left poor Yelp reviews. But this place would get 5 stars if it was more updated and maintained a professional appearance. Let me clarify, this place isn't tore up trashy looking, but it can improve on the presentation of the papers/advertising on the walls. Am I being too picky, maybe...but I am being honest. Moreover, the customer service is the most important part of a Post Office, so this location has the hardest part accomplished. The other stuff are easy fixes.

The "lounge" has a lack of entertainment it is just a bunch of people sitting in silence starting at the center of the room. There is a surprising lack of consideration of health concerns while the doors remain open during periods of high risk for Covid-19 outbreak.

There is a section for children to read and a section for groups. The staff is friendly greets you when you walks up to the counter. The hours are great since they say open until 8pm Monday thru Thursday. Since I've gone there the past couple of weeks, the one negative I've seen is they do not enforce a quiet environment that you are accustom in most libraries. Between some of the staff talking at normal tone (which is loud when you are in a library) and the staff not enforcing the patrons to not talk on their cell phones in the library. Overall this library is a nice place to go to and get some work done.
