She assisted me with my packaging and even suggested that I take pictures of the equipment before shipping it. She gave me the opportunity to do that, which I really appreciated because I honestly wouldn't have thought of it. That tip alone was very helpful. Left me with only an option to pay with my card. Then charged me for using my card!! It's not the amount of money charged, as much as it's a charge that should not happen...
