That someone was Mike Powers. From our very first conversation I could tell that Mike really cared about his customers. He listened to all of my concerns regarding the toxic mold we had in our home, and really made me feel like he cared about me, and my family's concerns and safety. He addressed my concerns promptly coming out that Monday to give and estimate and evaluate the situation. By Tuesday he and his crew were back to tackle the problem. We gave them full access to our home while we stayed at a hotel, and I am happy to say that all of our personal belongings remained fine and intact. When the plumber arrived at my home, his very first comment was that he doesn't like working on toilets and doesn't understand why your company keeps assigning him those types of jobs. This was unprofessional and immediately made me uncomfortable. He then informed me that in order to provide an estimate, he would need to open the top of the toilet, and that doing so would cost $140. I explained that when I scheduled the appointment, I was clearly told the estimate would be free of charge. His response was that it was only free for him to show up--not to do anything beyond that. Frankly, this explanation was both unreasonable and misleading. This experience was a complete waste of my time and left me extremely dissatisfied with your service. I expect better communication, transparency, and professionalism from a company that offers home repair services. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address it with the technician involved, as well as review the clarity of the information provided to customers during appointment scheduling.

Sadly, at that point it was "baby bat season" and we had to wait about five weeks. On the second day it was legal Cory was out, sealed up the other places and installed the one-way door. Early the next morning we stood in the yard and watched the bats try to get back in the attic. THEY DIDN'T. Cory is awesome to work with. He explained what was going on, steps we needed to take, and then delivered. It was not cheap, but compared to the other estimates we got the price was right in line and the service was over-and-above. Thank you Cory and Killingsworth.

They came and did the work and led me to believe that they would also be handling the rebuild afterwards so I felt like I was in good hands. Once the mitigation was completed, I was told to contact Dan to talk about the rebuild process. He was busy when I called but told me he would get back to me the next day. After about 5 days I reached out to follow up only to be told that he was having issues with subcontractors and offered to connect me with one of his colleagues. He never did. And I haven't heard from him or Aquadry again, but they did manage to send out invoices in a timely manner and made sure the insurance check cleared first. The workers who did the mitigation, one in particular (Johnathan I think) were ok overall aside from Johnathan not showing up once or twice and not notifying me of any schedule changes, having me waiting around for them to show up. Disregarding me and my time. As well as trying to have personal conversations about my kids and marital status which made me very uncomfortable. Ultimately I was left with a mess that I had to find another contractor to clean up. They also lied about the day and time they actually started the project on the invoice they sent to my insurance company so they could charge a same day after hours fee. When in actuality they didn't start the job until weeks after they came out to give the estimate. Would not recommend
