Took our cat there yearly for his annual exam. Last year he had some bad teeth so they extracted them. The girl up front was extremely rude when we picked him up and my husband decided to go elsewhere this time. Now, 1 year later, took our boy to a different vet. Upon examination, he had gum infection and they did surgery to remove the broken teeth and nerves that Fort Morgan Veterinary Clinic left behind, and just pulled the skin over this mess and stitched it up. The new vet said he has been hurting ever since. My husband took the bag of proof (the removed leftovers from last year's surgery) to Fort Morgan Veterinary Clinic and the one gal, was rude again! What happened to this place! They used to be so good and caring! We will NEVER go back. How could a vet be so careless and unprofessional? read more

If you take ANY animal in there to be put down, make sure to tell the front desk to not barge in and ask if you want to pay while you're petting the dying creature! I said I would wait but she wanted to argue about it. She's been there for years and definitely knows better! Upon calling this place as I was referred too by another Veterinarian, staff and they turned me away even though I was calling about two of my cats with serious issues that has occurred to be serious this morning and I was turned away. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place because as I see it, a good veterinarian would help someone and do whatever they could if they actually cared about humans and their pets. I who was in serious need of help and who is in an awful crisis with possibility of having two dying cats they basically told me to piss off. That ain't a good service. YIKES! read more

I had a geriatric dog. She was just about to turn 18. I loved her more than I can express in words. From the first time we met Dr. Smits to her final moments, he was there for her. He helped me keep her comfortable in her final years and for that I will forever be grateful. Dr. Smit's level of care, kindness, and professionalism is unparalleled. I was so devastated to have to say goodbye to my sweet dog, but he was so helpful and understanding that it made the process easier. He is the best veterinarian I have ever met, and I appreciate everything he did for us. read more

I have used this vet clinic for over 30 years and was so happy with the care I felt my family had received from them but the last few fears have gotten more awkward between us and we agreed to quit coming to them but they couldn't even get my records to me so I could take them to new vet clinic. We have been treated badly and just wish I was the only one that felt that way. read more

I've used this vet several times in the past and happy, until now. I have a dog with a severe heart murmur who needed to be seen and evaluated for a possible stroke and other symptoms. They couldn't get him in to see my favorite vet for over a week and was a very late appt. Then I was told that if euthanasia is required, I have to bring him to the clinic and not do it at home because he's not been seen for over a year (it was 14 months to be exact). Why does that even matter! I left messages for the doctor to please call AND THEY NEVER CALLED!!! read more

With all things being considered I just want to say that if you contact the vet about something that doesn't seem important to them they can be pretty rude. I simply emailed them about my dog having issues with his nails breaking causing him to be agitated and in pain. Because of this he won't let anyone touch his paws not even the other vet clinics vet. So I simply asked if they can do something about it. I was told "pedicures are not considered essential services or emergencies." And just to watch videos online. I understand the issue with the covid stuff but it's very rude the way they had to just brush off my dogs issue. I was also told that I need to contact my other vet not them. Just rude in general. I'll just save my money and find a different vet that has decent customer service. read more

One of the "owners" (it's extra sad if that owner part is true), Dr. Walker was the on-call vet. We called about an issue with our dog - she basically told us that unless our dog was dying, she wasn't interested. AT ALL. She literally went off: saying "I've had a really bad day! And it's because of people like you!" And then HANGS UP on us. Excuse me??? "People like you?" You mean people who care about their animals and need help?..... Why on Earth would you be a vet (and an owner at that???) if this is how you react to a bad day? What an absolute joke. read more

RUUUUUDE. Yesterday when we let our chihuahua out to potty, she found a small chicken bone in the grass and didn't know she had it until we came inside and took it away immediately. She was doing weird stuff with her mouth but acting normal otherwise so we figured maybe it poked her mouth and would be okay in a couple days. However, today my daughter came home from work and called me saying our dog was acting more off, so naturally I called the vet. The lady answering the phone was super rude and at first tried to diagnose my dog herself with an upset stomach, then when I said I think something's in her throat she told me they don't do throat extractions there so I need to find an emergency vet in the Denver/Greeley area. I was frustrated but then decided to ask if I could get an x-ray just to be sure. I was okay with paying what she quoted for the emergency and x-ray. She gets back on the phone and asks- when do you want to bring her? I said- as soon as you can get us in. She says- well if you want her to be seen as an emergency you need to bring her now. Why didn't you just say- can you bring her right now instead of asking then being rude?! So my daughter takes the dog and they're immediately rude to her too. They bring our dog back out shortly and didn't even do the x-ray! When I questioned why they didn't, Alisha got up from her chair with an attitude and said that I could ask the doctor. Then came back a minute later and just told us what the vet did and that he didn't think she needed one. Okay.. but that's what I asked for.. anyway she said to bring her back if she gets worse, but I'll never take any pet back there. We will make the trip to Denver now. This was a really good clinic at one time, but what a horrible place it has become. If they treat ppl like this how do they treat pets? FIND ANOTHER VET/CLINIC. read more

Absolute worst Vet clinic you can go to. They don't care about your pets. Dr walker is an inconsiderate terrible vet who pretty much only recommends you to put your animals down. My dog has bad knees and she told me I was better off putting her down and this is when I got her as a puppy. Another dog of mine I probably could've saved her life if it wasn't for Dr walker. She did nothing to help her when she had an enlarged heart. Told me she had anxiety because I was pregnant. Did all these stupid tests where she couldn't eat or drink and "forgot" to call me to tell me that the tests were done while my dog just sat in a cage with no food or water or even a blanket. I could go on and on about how awful of a vet she is. Not to mention the front desk has terrible customer service and treats you like absolute crap or just hangs up on you. Please don't take your pets here. They do not love your animals. read more
