Him and his guy were so helpful and had everything moved on time, and on budget with his quote, which was very reasonable. They were as careful as they could be to not damage my items or the property. There were some VERY minor scratches on items but I chalk that up to normal wear and tear, I don't think anyone could have done a better job (some of my furniture wasn't in perfect shape to begin with). I immediately called and told them. they assured me that everything that went on the truck came off the truck. I advised them to check the truck again. I received a phone call that yes in fact the picture was buried under moving blankets and they had it. it is now November 30 and they still have not returned the picture. most of this conversation is in text so I'm off to the police station to press charge. "DONT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY " one star rating because it won't let me post otherwise

Items were supposed to be dropped at two locations; a storage facility for when my senior's apartment would be ready for occupancy and a few other items to an auction house, items that I would not be able to keep once in a smaller space. I had to leave out of province for two months to care for another elderly relative. By the time I returned and viewed the statement from the auction house, I saw that Eager Beavers were a bit too eager and disposed of many wrong items! I am not impressed at all. And to top it off, I was charged an extra $1500. over my initial quote, $1000 of which was spent for 4 guys to sit in a truck while they were stuck in traffic.
