I have scheduled several appts and when I showed up, they said they didn't have an appt. I recently had an appt I scheduled 6 months prior. The office moved and I didn't get an automatic alert. I called to verify and they stated Dr. Chrissman did not work on the only day I had previously scheduled. They did not seem concerned and said I would have to reschedule. At this point, I told them I needed to find another dentist as they did not seem concerned about their patients.

When I refused to pay the disputed amount, I was turned over to collections without notice. They kept billing me once I was notified by collections. This provider was also considered as out of network by my insurer, even though they are only seven miles from my home. I would never go back to this place and wanted to warn others that they will try and rip you off.
