I even offered to pay with a credit card and have them place items in a bag outside the store. I arrived at 5 pm on the dot and they store clerk saw me and refused to help me. I had to drive to Lowes in Herkimer. I will go to Cooperstown next time. They are the same distance and would have helped me. I will not be back anytime soon.
