I visited the store twice in one day and found very nice employees at the cash register. When I left the store and unpacked my items, I found that one of the items had been damaged from being cut by a box cutting knife when it was unpacked at the store. So, I brought it back and was graciously given another product to replace the damaged one. I wish I had an Ollie's where I live in Missouri.

We were an hour away from home and the cashier James was so generous and helpful by letting us know if we need to cool down and come inside or if we need to use the bathrooms to come on in. He then checked on us to make sure we were good and before we left he gave us free cold drinks. He is such a good person many people wouldn't do that but he has a good heart. Again thank you so much for your kindness and this is definitely one of the best places to get gas, snacks, or ice cold drinks on a hot day :)

This store was absolutely disgusting. It was so dirty. Garbage all over the floor in like every aisle. The bathrooms were so dirty that I don't think they have been cleaned in a long time. The dresser we looked at was built so poor that the drawers were falling apart. When asked about buying the floor model ar a discounted price since it was the only one there and very rough, the man was rude. The whole display section of furniture is a mess. I run a store and I would never leave my store looking like this for next days business!! I have pictures of all this I am stating and will be sending to the corporate office so they can see how well their store is ran!! So sad as this used to be a very clean and organized ran store! The new management obviously don't care.

Went into the bayshore store to pick up a bluetooth speaker..found one I liked clearly marked…read more$40..in fact there were 3 of the same speakers all marked $40..when I got to the counter the cashier (nasty little fuck)..he told me it was mismarked and it should be $50..I told him since they are all clearly marked $40 that I should be giving that price..he disagreed and insisted I pay $50...long story short I walked out..and no..I won't go back.. ZERO STARS not one
