The first is simple and contemporary, the second involved an intricate pattern of colorful tiles forming wall-size images. Sara worked with us on the design, asking many questions to understand our aesthetic aims and practical needs, and offering a variety of options for us to choose among to achieve our goals. She also provided a variety of very effective ideas and solutions, considering the physical constraints of the (relatively small) spaces, to ensure the best use of spaces and to create a very open feel in both bathrooms, all in a cost-effective manner. The actual construction was done in an extremely professional manner by workers who were not only highly-skilled but also friendly, considerate of our needs, and responsive to our questions and concerns as the projects progressed. Particularly impressive, amazing really, was the tile work performed by Cliff. The colorful bathroom involved laying more than 1,000 tiles, and cutting more than 100 tiles to create the intricate design. It also involved the fitting of the many tiles to very close tolerance specifications. Cliff was both masterful and highly conscientious in completing this tile work. The result is stunning. In addition, along the way in both bathrooms, specific questions arose about alternative approaches to implementing features of the design. Cliff identified and raised these questions for us to think about, and he offered aesthetically pleasing solutions. In short, Cliff's work was thoughtful, technically masterful, and informed by his strong sense of aesthetic beauty. We are most impressed by Kitchen and Bath World for their general approach, their implementation, and the final product in renovating both bathrooms. Kitchen and Bath World has our highest recommendation.

We were in search of a new light for our bedroom. We spent multiple trips to the local box stores…read moreand were not able to find what we were looking for. We did not want builder grade. Since we just painted our bedroom we wanted something wIth a little bling. It was difficult to find what we were looking for. We stopped in on a Saturday and the pacce was not crowded. We were able to walk around and get ideas. They have a good selection of lamps to look at. It can kind of be overwhelming. We found a lamp we both liked. We were helped by David. David was able to help us find the same lamp but mounted directly to the ceiling. We decided to purchase the lamp. They do have a couponing the Clipper Magazine. We did not have the coupon but David said he would apply it to our purchase. I was assuming that we would need to order the lamp and it would be in the store to pick up in a few weeks. THEY HAD IT INN STOCK. We walked out with the lamp. Very happy customers. We also asked them about a reading lamp. They did not have what we were looking for but they offered to keep an eye out for what we needed. Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
