They genuinely seem to care…read moreabout their patients as they addressed every concern I had, explained everything they were looking for as they went along and why, and made sure I understood what was going on with my eye health and the treatment options. While I don't have cataracts, it sounds like Dr. Gounder does cataract monitoring and surgeries for them and REALLY enjoys doing so (he was very excited talking about it). It is rare to see a doctor so happy and care so much about his job -- I would definitely recommend coming here if you want a doctor that takes the time to listen!

Instead of focusing on one person at a time, pavlic is talking to multiple people at the same time. Every person deserves a scheduled appointment time with out having to compete with others at the same time. I had to make multiple appointments just to get my glasses adjusted. They never were able to get the glasses to fit properly. They are too small for my eyes. My eyes are very important to me as well as my time. I would never recommend her to anyone. I didn't get the proper treatment for my condition.

Two years later, got another rx for nearsightedness. Fast forward to her 12 year appointment with another doctor because she didn't want to go back to this place for how rude they were to her. The new doctor said she didn't need the prescription for nearsightedness they gave her because she was seeing worse with them than without them. She also said her vision would NOT have changed this much. Instead, she has slight astigmatism. How is a prescription screwup this bad?! We are lucky no permanent damage was done to her eyes.

Then when they kept slipping down my nose and I asked about having them adjusted (two trips to the store), I was told to rough up the nose pads with some sandpaper so they wouldn't slip. Completely unprofessional. After a few months, I went to another doctor - I think a number may have been read incorrectly as the prescription was different by one number. Could my eyes have changed in three months? Maybe, but unlikely. A shame...I've gotten glasses there before without a problem. Never again.

I have never waited for more than 15 minutes past my appointment time. There is a large array of eyeglass frames to pick from. I don't know why there are two VERY negative reviews from people that live in San Diego and Nashville. Seems like they were writing reviews for the incorrect place. I did not use Dr. Constantine's eye exam service. Due to Covid issues, most places were closed or…read moreseverely backed up. I did use the eyeglass part of the group. Courteous, knowledged, and prices not so bad, not that I price eyeglasses often. I brought my own new Silhouette frames as shops charge so much. This was October 9, 2020. Nothing special. Rimless, lens with all the options available. Lens style to be perfect rounds. Out they go to the lab. When they come in, not close to perfect rounds. Remake. Now we are hitting holiday season. Then I was informed that the lens I chose (Trivex) was on back order, and not due in until about Christmas, delay for holidays. Jan 4, 2021, they come in. Asked her to check before I drive almost an hour to verify they are perfect rounds. "Yes they are, I checked". Exact same lens shape as first set. I actually question if they were remade honestly. So, I do not question the eye doctor, but I highly question the eye lab which makes the glasses. Three months wasted, no apology, and did not want to give me a copy of my medical sheet! Never return.

Communication between the staff and Dr. Sullivan is poor, sometimes resulting in mistakes in orders. A trip to the eye doctor shouldn't be this frustrating.

The secretary at the front desk was very polite when I called, and I managed to get an appointment on the same day in the late afternoon. The appointment itself was thorough and the doctor spent extra time giving me advice on my concerns with computer use and eye fatigue. I found everyone who worked in the office to be pleasant and professional. I will be back next year when I need to do my yearly eye examination again.
