I can not say enough great things about this business! Their communication and skill set is perfection! Maben, the owner, did everything exactly how we expected. We had a contractor who did a job for us tell us we set the bar high and we do! It is our home. My husband and I both have professions that do not allow for mistakes and so we expect a lot. We expect to know the process, the cost, when you are going to be here and we want you to strive for perfection. We had a fence done years ago by a guy who does a lot of work here in Keller. Terrible work! Screws sticking out etc. It was crooked. We told someone what a bad experience we had previously and they recommended FWCF. We are so grateful! A night and day experience! We knew when the supplies were being delivered. Maben followed up. The guys were here at the time he told us and we knew about when they would be leaving. None of this no show, or not show up when they say they are coming kind of stuff. That's what we had with the other business. Jose came and got right to work. We got exactly what we expected! He has been an outstanding neighbor and a very down to earth person who has always been honest and straightforward with my wife and I. We rent our current house so I have never had the need for him to do fence work for us. I we ever do, he will be the one and only call I make. The fencing work his company does is beautiful. I have seen the work they have done on his own home. It's very impressive. I've seen work they have done in our neighborhood, and I've seen photographs of other jobs. All very impressive. We own homes in fort worth and in san francisco. We spoke Maben May to do our fence, experienced he doesn't honor his word and has horrible customer service. He came out and gave us an estimate, and said he would look forward to working with us. We called him back to do our fence and he never returned the call. When we finally got in touch with him after leaving him additional un answered voice messages, his response was rude and said "I have a lot of work if I don't get back with you." Really??? Is this the way to speak to any customer? At this time he's got 78 postive reviews on his fb page and 46 on next door. This is a small number of reviews for a business who has been around since 2010. Buyer beware, this is not a stand up business owner and he is rude to his customers. Do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more for a quality fence company that actually cares about all their customers and returns phone calls! read more

I recently had fence work performed by Maben May of Fort Worth Custom Fence. During the process, his fence crew damaged my sprinkler system (without informing me). Since the sprinkler system had to be off during the work, I did not realize it was damaged and would not turn on until after completion of the fence work. I contacted Maben regarding the damage on Friday, March 16, 2018. He was apologetic and said he would have one of his guys come out the following week to look at the system. Instead, I had someone who specialized in sprinklers come out to look at it on Monday, March 20, 2018. Turns out, my sprinkler system as well as my neighbors were damaged during the fencing process, in which I had them fix. It was $125 for the repair. (For context, this represents approx 4 percent of the total job between my neighbor and I with Maben.) I contacted Maben on March 21, 2018 with the specificity of the damage and the costs of the repair. He was apologetic and asked how he could make it right. I asked for full reimbursement of the costs. He originally offered to pay half because he offered to have his guys come out, which I did not believe was acceptable. He ultimately asked me to send him the invoice and said that he would reimburse me. I immediately sent the invoice and he responded that he would get me a check. It has been one month since that correspondence. I have followed up via text with him twice with no response. I have yet to receive the reimbursement. In my opinion, this demonstrates a lack of integrity, accountability, and customer service. read more
