Not only was their estimate hundreds cheaper than the other company, Rustic gave me a timeline of events leading up to and following the installation of my fence, and stuck to it without question! My initial inquiry was responded to within 48 hours of submitting a form on their website, they gave me a time (within 2 days) that they would go by and look at the fence to provide an estimate, they emailed me the estimate within a day after their visit and their terms and conditions were written in plain, clear English. They required half down and half on completion and took my credit-card without question. Once the deposit was out of the way, they gave me a work-start estimate of 10 days and actually showed up in 9 I believe. It took them a day to replace poles, install 2 stained sections of fence (including a gate) and you can hardly tell that anyone was even there. No trash or divots. Just professional installation. They warranty their fences for 7 years as well which is helpful based on the windstorms we seem to get every spring. I can't stress enough how impressed I am with this company. Everything they said they'd do, they did. No empty promises. No "I'll be out tomorrow" and never show up. No bloated estimates. These guys delivered in every way imaginable. I was nearly at the end of my rope as it took 2 prior weeks of so-called "contractors" who didn't show up, didn't return calls or simply looked at plat-diagrams to measure the fence for an estimate before I called Rustic. Any other homeowners out there needing some fencing work done, I'd definitely call Rustic first. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
