DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE!! I took my iPhone 14 in for a $25 diagnostic because it wouldn't power on. During this "diagnostic," zach broke my front glass. He claimed "it happens often" and said he'd replace it for free, but I never authorized him to even open the phone to that extent. I had insurance that would have covered a proper repair; I was only there for the diagnostic. By the time I arrived, he had already installed a new battery and a cheap screen without my consent. The craftsmanship is awful: the glass protrudes so far out it doesn't even fit in my case anymore. It's puffing right where the battery is located, why is a brand new battery already swelling? On top of the bad install, they used the cheapest aftermarket screen on the market (it costs $36 ), yet they charge near $200. That is an 82% profit margin for a screen that is barely responsive and looks grey. Their website claims they warranty FAULTY CRAFTSMANSHIP, but zach did everything possible to dodge that warranty. I paid $184 for them to break my phone further and hand me back a device with significantly less value. If you have a high odds of shattering phones during a simple diagnostic, customers should be told that upfront. Don't trust them with your device unless you want it returned in worse condition than when you brought it in. I have included similar experiences below. read more

worse store to go for repairs. been to this location three times to have a screen replaced. employee stripped the screw never called to tell me that he did that until I came back to the store two hours later to pick it up. brought it back again left it over night to have it repaired and still didn't even take care of it. he could not even ensure he had the proper tool to remove the screws he stripped. I will never come to this location or do business with them. employee gets overwhelmed and allows customers to see frustration. Hello, so buyers avoid at all cost. I've use these guys before and tipped. But when I came in to have them swap out a screen with a defect they took my phone into the back room and cracked my screen I had to even involve a police officer. But this is my word vrs there's no accountability or ethics on the manager, Michael Callan who cracked it. My son's nurse dropped his iPhone and it totally cracked the face......Yes, you read right! So first thing out of recovering mind to me was, "Mom I need you to take it to Fix it Fast. Providing directions to the point....he's very precise and directive, precise comes from me and the directive from his father.......go figure. When I arrived to my surprise not seeing or knowing this place was here. Hulen is my main street of travel mostly. Huh!! Walking in the store it is very spacey with a small selection of phone cases and iPad/notebook covers. The sales clerks were nice and very knowledgeable. After looking at the phone she stated the charge would be $159+tax, I said "OK" and she repeated it again as if the price scared me or I couldn't pay it. Telling her in my diva tone...."the price is fine and I'll need it as quick as possible". Her face lit up like handing a homeless person a $5 bill and the guy took the phone and said it would be about 20 minutes. Totally shocked and amazed when he handed me the phone back in mint condition.......And in about 20 minutes or so. I'll admit I was skeptical about this place and if it had more accessories for a good price I would have given 5 stars, thats very rare for me. I took in a 5c and iPad mini to be repaired and performed the work, but within 2 weeks both screens had a crack. There was no trauma and both were in cases to be protected after the repair. These had simple crack. The staff just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry. To have 2 screens crack without reason has to be the workmanship. DONT GO HERE read more

STAY AWAY! I brought my iPad in to get the battery replaced. After 3 days I got a phone call telling me that it was not the battery, but a circuit board that controls charging, and that by taking it apart, they disabled/destroyed the fingerprint ID feature. The quoted repair price went up. Now, each time I open it, I must put in the password. When I was finally able to pick it up(unhappily) I was told that I should continue to charge it with an Apple charger & cord. Not knowing if I had my original Apple cord, I purchased one. When I got home, I found the original charger & cord. I also discovered that the touch screen now has areas that won't work. I guess this is the best they can do! Since the replacement cord was not nessasary I tried to return it (unopened) only to be told, "we don't do returns." STAY AWAY! read more

Always great service, fast, friendly and informative. Have used their service many times, from taking in a P. S. 4 when I was certain that there was a problem with the HDMI port but as it turned out nothing was wrong with the unit at all (they could have easily charged me for replacing the HDMI port but they did not). The latest time I used them was to bring in a cell phone that was having problems with the screen bulging out. As it turns out the battery was causing the problem and they were able to replace the battery for a reasonable fee and everything was fine with the phone after that! I will never use them again. Very cheap quality parts. Paid $430 to fix my Samsung S10+, two weeks later the screen was cracked on its own. It is in an otterbox defender, has not been dropped, or anything else physical to it. I called them about getting it covered under their warranty and they said they would only look at it but would not commit to their warranty. I live 90 minutes from their store, and they said they did not have the screen anymore. I do not recommend this place. Go anywhere but here. Also all the stores are individual franchise stores and not corporate. So one store Will not honor the other stores work. read more

Events leading up to my experience here. I have an iPhone 6s Plus. Bought it outright with no NEXT plan with 128g. Of course the typical experience with fast battery drainage and crap-outs after every iOS update lol. (Psssst I can hear the subliminal music luring me to the current iPhone XXX!) NOT. Anyhoo, during a supersonic flight across my Mom's living room during Labor Day weekend, candy crush... So of course I have mobile insurance with AT&T (btw FIRE Assurion insurance) problem solved!! Whoaaaa pump the brakes!! So after my $10 month mobile insurance company telling me I would have to pay a $49 deductible and find the repair shop including Hawaii and be removed for 12 months; and the Apple store (population 1,239 with an appointment) telling me there better not be any other issues with the phone or no fix plus that'll be $129 thanks and btw it'll be 5 hours but unless there's another way to contact you then come back in 5 hours for the verdict (huhhhh???). So I "Googled" iPhone screen repairs in my area and FixitFast came up. $75 incl tax and less than an hour. I dropped it off, went into the Chili's across the street and had a beer (maybe two ). Went back to pick it up.. PERFECT! No hassles no problems. Not sure why others are snarking and bashing this place, I am a Satisfied customer and cancelling my so-called "Mobile insurance" through AT&T...R.I.P. OFF! I took my iPhone 6 in under the impression that I needed a new charging port. I explained to the man behind the counter that the Apple Store I took it to cleaned my port out but that it may be damaged. It only took a couple minutes for him to come back out with my phone and tell me that they didn't clean it enough and now it works perfectly. No more problems with my charging port. Why is this absolutely amazing? Anybody could've tricked me into thinking that I needed to spend money and time getting this fixed *cough* Apple *cough* but the people at this location were honest and helped me out. Used this place for the first time, my Ipad's screen was cracked. I dropped it off to pick it up later on, couple days later... within 2 hours of dropping it off, I got a call from him, he had snipped the cord that made my thumbprint worked. (which I wasn't really that mad over, as long as it still worked). He said it with no remorse, like he didn't care. Picked it up a couple days later, seems like it was a rushed job, the screen was not all the way in, so I just put my case on it to make it hold it together. Within a week or so, different parts on the screen does not work, everything started messing up , certain buttons wouldn't press. Apps started glitching, opening and closing by itself. I would say save your money and go to the apple store, I would think its better, instead of in the end having to spend extra money for a whole new ipad. read more

The location clean and organized and the service attendant helped me find a reasonably priced phone cover so that this didn't happen again. Very pleasant experience. I was prepared to spend $50 plus on getting my phone fixed. Was having problems getting charger to connect. I walked into Fix it Fast told the gentleman my issue. Told me he'd take a quick look at and just cleaned out the input. Took maybe 5 mins. Asked him how much and he say "No charge ". I felt kinda guilty.
