It was delivered to our reception area without any bubble wrap or protective packaging and by the time it was delivered up to my office it was already beaten up. Granted, this was partly due to being on the mail rack with other packages, but any frame of this size should have come protected. Common sense tells you something going to a corporate office is likely going to be handled by the mailroom. Even worse was the framing job. The jersey was completely wrinkled and off-center. Completely unprofessional framing job. House of Frames took back the frame, but then refused to fix it or provide a credit. There are far too many professional frame shops in the area to conduct business in this manner.

I contacted them on June 21st, and they were ready to pick up on June 23rd. Michael Tasker was WONDERFUL to work with, and was prompt in all of our correspondence. I have bought items from the online store and from their order forms . Some of the items are cutom made for just for the club so there is a limited run. I have always been happy with the items I got and they delivered in a timely matter. When I called in with a problem they got it handled fast. They also take orders over the phone if you dont have a computer handy.
