I tried to cancel and unenroll our kids and sent multiple emails asking what our options were since we were no longer working and could not afford it and at first it was "we are in this together we can figure it out" but in the end wanted full tuition and never really gave us "options" It's my own fault for continuing to pay out of fear of losing childcare when we did go back to work. I do feel like this school is very money hungry. So the quick review. Good teachers, clean place. But money hungry.

As a parent, I always felt welcomed and loved. The teachers are GREAT and Dr. Sandfort is the best leader. I had a comfort leaving my children. It made me feel good that my children had a smile on their face everyday I picked them up over the years. My children were in advanced classes and their education soared. We met with the Director Taylor on Monday, 6/1 about enrolling my 17 month old grandson. I made an…read moreappointment the week prior verifying that they had full-time openings which I was told twice they did. We got all of the paperwork on Monday, 6/1; told them we wanted him enrolled so he could start on Monday, 6/8. Taylor told us the amount for tuition and gave us all the forms for enrollment; said they needed to be back on Thursday, 6/4. We filled out all of the forms, got new items he needed to start on Monday. I called today, 6/4 and told them I would drop the forms off on my way home. I spoke to a different person there who said that they only had openings Tuesday/Thursday. I said that's impossible, my son and I had spent 35 minutes with the Director on Monday evening and she knew we were only looking for full-time. She said that I was mistaken and that they didn't have full-time openings. I have 4 of my own kids that have gone to daycare and now am enrolling my grandson in daycare and I have NEVER had this happen. If for some reason they didn't want my grandson to attend (which is what it sounds like) then tell us that while we were there on Monday; don't give us all the forms and all the information to make it look like he could be enrolled. I would NEVER use this daycare and will be reporting them to corporate as well. Waste of time and extremely frustrating. I'm looking at it as everything happens for a reason and he obviously was not meant to go there. Good luck to other families with this place!!!!!
