The reason of my two stars is the product of my frustration with Aaron, the owner, who was called to our business to give us an estimate for upgrading our PA system. Based on the few very good reviews here, I contacted him. He seem to be knowledgeable and a nice guy. However he never got back to us with the estimate so we can decide. Gave him couple of months, I contacted him again. He apologized for not getting back to us, since he was overloaded with work, and promised to prepare the estimate for us. It never happened. Which I understand, you have to choose your business. But at least you can be honest and say: "forget about it, I'm too busy at the moment" This way you don't have customers waiting on you and delaying their plans of work. Just sayin...
