Apparently a four-word (text or email) message, 'Transfer has been made.' is too difficult or perhaps takes too much time to generate. Calls are never answered, and emails are rarely answered. Questions go unanswered. Requests for information go unanswered, not even "We can't give you that information." or the reason why. Decisions are made without my knowledge or consent because they are allowed to do it 'by law' which has been stressful and detrimental to me and has affected my credit score due to lack of response to me or creditors regarding paying bills (I sent all information/details by email) which they (Katrina/Sabrina) were made aware of. I was led to believe that a conservator of estate was appointed to help me and see to my best interests. What has been done to me has not, in my opinion, been done with that in mind. They are unapologetic about the inconvenience, stress and upset they've caused me. I find what they've done, by law or not, extremely unprofessional.
