She talked about three sites and an exact time to meet. This was due to the key light needed for our family photographs. We took various family photos at all three locations and she worked very diligently. She was very friendly, helpful and positive. Her equipment was 'top notch' from Canon with a 2.8f Zoom lens. I am a former professional photographer and she knew what she was doing. She was also efficient. However, the 'proof is in the pudding' and she EXCEEDED our expectations. The photographs were simply AMAZING. The lighting was excellent, the setting superb and our family of four with two teenage boys had nice smiles throughout. Since that time, I have had the opportunity to hire a more stable, professional photographer for the same type of setting and that is why I realized this needed to be done. While the photographer seemed to be enthusiastic about my family, I soon realized that the person behind the camera does not listen, take direction, or even try to understand what my family needed or wanted. She showed up with someone else and they both took pictures, but it was clear that her attention was not on our family. When we finally had access to our photos, they were so much worse than I expected. Not only did it take twice the amount of time to see them but there was no touch up and it showed that she was not paying attention. She was not responsive to emails or phone calls when I had questions about what we asked for vs what we saw. What we got was someone who has a hobby. What we paid for was a professional. I have found at least a dozen other photographers with comparable prices who did a far better job. My advice: don't waste your money. This woman is out to make a buck on a hobby without the experience of a professional.
