During hot days, she board the dogs indoors in air conditioning and then lets them out in the mornings and again near sundown to make sure they get some outside time (not much else she can do when mother nature is involved). Alyssa is nothing short of amazing!! We have 2 extremely needy sphynx cats that are our literal…read morebabies. We both work from home so they're very used to having us around all day. We needed to leave town and of course leaving them was giving me major anxiety. I particularly was looking for a pet sitter that was available to do overnights and do their 3x/day feedings. I was impressed starting from the first meeting we had with Alyssa. She came prepared with a questionnaire and noted every little detail about each cat. Their likes, dislikes, feeding schedule, favorite toys, etc.... I really appreciated that as each of our cats are very different. And I also saw how well she interacted with them during that first meeting. Communication with her has been stellar. Alyssa takes the most amazing photos & sent lots of video updates too. Especially for someone like me who was a nervous wreck leaving them- getting constant updates from her really put my mind at ease. Any time I would check in- she would respond right away. One of our cats in particular is shy with strangers and I was worried that she wouldn't eat while we were gone. I gave Alyssa some recommendations as to how to coax her to eat and Alyssa was so patient with her and kept trying everything she can. And Alyssa was able to get her to eat every meal! I can tell that she was trying to do whatever she can so to make sure our cats were happy and comfortable (which they were!). Alyssa was also very respectful of our home. Even though she spent 3 days at our place- you wouldn't even know! She stripped the sheets, towels, & asked if there's anything else she can do so to make our arrival less stressful. Litter boxes/surrounding areas were spotless! She took amazing care of our home (and for people that are borderline ocd clean- that means a lot). I can't recommend her enough! Will definitely be using Alyssa the next time we need a pet sitter. P.S. She also happens to be the sweetest and has a very calming energy which I know pets gravitate toward.

Common sense would say - if you have to remove a lock, make sure you put it back on. Multiple times my dogs (even rescue fosters) have gotten out, one time resulting in an injury (if i were home we would have checked, which is how we caught the last 2 times before they got injured). Look, if you don't have high risk circumstances then they are moderately good. I think that they do mediocre overall on getting the poop (some do well, some don't). The owner is a doll, and I can't blame her - you can't handhold your workers, especially when there's turnover and its difficult to staff. With that said, if someone keeps forgetting you find someone else, and if you can't you don't add customers. It seems logical to me. ​

I had called befor regarding the quickness of the work and wanted to talk to the owner but never recieved a call back. I asked the gal how many houses she does in a day and it was in the 20's . She also stated that she has homes in Brentwood that are 3 acres big. This service is way too expensive for the price they are charging especially when you have a small yard compared to a 3 acre one!!
