I work shift work and at times had to change my appointment last minute. While I hated doing that, I was so grateful for their flexibility to work with me and my (at times) demanding work schedule. They always greet with a smile, and are never too busy to answer a question (even if I've asked it more than once). They are also flexible and will work with you if there is a scheduling conflict or issue. Don't come in without a mask... it is clearly posted on the door & you will be politely asked to put one on! I have been doing physical therapy here for almost 3 months now & have met almost all the therapists at this facility. Everyone is always pleasant and says hello. I have never seen anyone with an attitude or grumpy or snappy when speaking to anyone. And also, since the age of the patients is usually older than many of the employees, I have never heard anyone (including myself) spoken to in a condescending way. Every therapist follows the assigned program, with slight variations based on ability & tolerance, & progress. They all seem to be genuinely caring, and take time to ask questions & listen to each person's concerns. I have never been pushed so far as to result in pain or injury. A couple of times I had an issue with low blood sugar. I was never made to feel like I had to rush & get myself together, which I greatly appreciated. I was shown kindness & care. The atmosphere is very clean, workout friendly and uplifting with various playlists in the background. The equipment is usually wiped down by an employee right after a client's use. Everything is orderly, and the site can accommodate numerous clients. I would definitely recommend this business to others, and return!

This location is housed in the large Renaissance Square and it's a very pretty office; the suite is a decent size as well. Fabulous therapists, clean equipment, and appointments are surprisingly plentiful. My son also had PT for when his clavicle was broken in his gym class :( They got him whole again and more confident in his arm/shoulder use.
