I gave 4 stars for their quick response but failed 5 stars for doing subpar job at first. They assured me it was ok. 6 weeks later and my driveway looks like it was never treated. Very disappointed in the results, I might as well have set $3k on fire. Reached out to the company via email first and was ignored, finally got in touch with them via phone after several attempts and was told there was nothing they can do and encouraged me to now pay for a weed removal team. I understand the rain was unfortunate but I feel that the company could have done more to make sure I had quality results instead of dismiss my concerns when I immediately reached out. Very disappointed and I feel like it was a complete waste of money. They were hard workers while they were out there, and that is the reason I am giving them any stars to be honest. The caulk along my chimney flashing had failed, causing water to seep under my roof, causing damage to the ceiling under my front porch. Luckily, it hadn't done any damage inside the house yet. I allowed them to replace that area of the roof: shingles, underlayment, repairing the flashing along the chimney. The price was reasonable. Not the cheapest, but you don't want the cheapest work; trust me on that. It's been a couple of months, many rains, and the area that was replaced is doing great.
