She waxes the drawers, added a new backing, fixed the loose joints, and even found new hardware that perfectly matched the desk. I dropped off my chair for repair before leaving on vacation. I was told they would email me an…read moreestimate within 2 weeks. After a month I realized Ihad not received my estimate so I called and left a voice message. Over the next two months I called repeatedly. I tried to leave a message on their website but the send button wouldn't work. I eventually left a note on their door (they aren't always there). I finally got a call and they send they would send the estimate by the end of the week. Surprise,surprise, no estimate arrived. Finally, six months after I dropped off my chair, I picked it up. No apology. They may do good work but they do a terrible job managing their business. I recommend folks call Gray's furniture repair in Albany. They were far more attentive.
