Engaged this office for my need for a Personal injury attorney after a Car accident June 29th when a negligent driver BY passed 3 waiting cars to attempt to avoid waiting. She struck my Honda Civic head-on causing me injuries. Days later I called wondering if she was sending me the appointment reminder. She finally sent it. We finally had the appointment and spent and hour going over what our goals were. She said she would be sending us a contract with what we discussed. A few days later I get a letter stating a conflict of interest. BULLSHIT!! But they are contracted for services. I had an appointment - emails - phone calls while preparing my documents. The day before I was to come & sign it - I'm told " we're declining this service. We aren't going to get paid enough from your insurance. I get paid $400 an hour. A will is @ $1200" . really ? Like my dr who has a contract - you do accept services at a discounted rate. Why be on my providers list if you're not going to accept their payment. ? I have paid every month for years. The first time I decide to use their service & this happens. So unethical.
