I showed her a picture of what I wanted and explained I wanted to keep the length in my hair while I was well aware my ends were not healthy. She was very careful to cut only what needed to be cut. And, she and everyone there were great to even chat with while everything was being done. They have a great environment with a light, uplifting atmosphere.
