I have been dying to go blonde again after living here for three years. I contacted at Salon Muse Beth after seeing her work, and she listened to exactly what I wanted and implemented it perfectly. I've said it before and I'll say it again --I don't want anyone besides Chelsea (or anyone at Salon Muse) to do my hair. I went to Chelsea after an ombré / balayage gone wrong a few weeks prior. My hair had turned strawberry blonde and looked like it had highlights in it. I was devastated. Chelsea not only managed to turn it back to the dirty blonde to icy white blonde at the tips -- the ombré I had originally hoped for -- but she did it with such kindness and skill and reassurance. So, I recently went to a new stylist that was recommended to me and to call it a disaster would be a compliment. I lost several inches and was left with a jagged uneven style from all the breakage. I won't even go into the color since I'm waiting for my hair to get a boy healthier before tackling that mess. Anyway, I found Salon Muse on Yelp and based on all the positive reviews I decided to give them a call. Suzanne, the stylist that answered, listened to my dilemma and was very sweet and helpful. I was able to get in with Beth, lucky for me she had a cancellation, and am very happy with the outcome. She really took the time to listen me and what I wanted. I went in to get my hair cut short and the stylist gave me a bad cut. She left it much longer and bulkier than I wanted. When I told her I wanted it shorter, she convinced me to wait until the next time I came in so that I wouldn't regret going too short all at once.
