I bought a used car from them and was told it was sound. Within 6 months I discovered that the front suspension system was so corroded the left wheel was about to come off its joint, then at 9 months the car wouldn't start - turns out the timing chain was so worn out it was about to snap, which would have torn through the engine. Mechanics told me that these issues were present in the car for a long time and would have been picked up in a basic service review of the car. It cost me nearly €3k to get the work done. Kingstown Motors repaid me the €375 to get the front suspension fixed after I showed them the corroded parts, but basically told me to F off for the timing chain costs. I understand that used cars will require more maintenance than new ones but these people let me drive out of the place with two potentially lethal faults on board. They say they did a full pre-sales check on the car but they either missed these items, which makes them incompetent to be selling cars, or worse, were aware of them and said nothing. Disgraceful behaviour and treatment of me afterwards. Stay away from these cowboys.

I haven't been inside yet, because it looks like the kind of place where you can't get in wearing jeans and runners but I have been checking out the cars out front. The Audi Centre has all of the current models as you would expect and you can test-drive them here, you'll need to book these though because they are pretty busy at the moment. So, if you want to test-drive a new RS6 I suggest you get in line sooner rather than later.

I said that I would appreciate a test drive following a quick browse of the garage. When I returned for the test drive, she informed me that she could not give me a test drive, that the car was not owned by the garage and that it would involve a trip to a car holding centre if I wished to get a test drive. It was all very rude and unprofessional. Given its location in the city centre, the Garage does not seem to recognise whether you are a genuine customer or not. I would advise going elsewhere to buy an Audi so as to avoid the embarrassment of this type of treatment.
