I was in a tough situation as Fannie Mae was being held up for my home, and Guild Mortgage stepped in to save the day. I had no idea what to expect when I first talked to the team; later I found that not only were they highly recommended, but they were able to make the lender transition as smooth as possible, keeping the same rates and answering any questions promptly. The only drawback was that Guild was not able to secure a good deal that my previous lender (KL Capital) had achieved, but they made the loan process completely stress-free nonetheless. She was able to answer my questions in terms that I would understand. From the start she knew our concerns and worked around it such as hard and soft credit checks. She was amazing to have on our side because once we started putting in offers, she was able to accomodate any timeline our realtor put to have a competitive edge.
