I was charged $51.36 for (2) sets of name tapes. Let's be real, they're not hand sewing letters on name tapes. It's all done by a Machine. So I'm paying $50 for them to sew it on my cammies that literally takes 30 seconds. This was NOT a rush order or any special requirements. Ripping off service members makes you a trash establishment. Terrible place! They're mission is to take whatever you have in your pockets. The manager is prior enlisted, and he doesn't care if you're military or not. He kept telling me to get the fuck out his store after I called him out on his bullshit. My experience went so, I came in needed 3 sets of chevrons placed on my uniforms and the lady charged me for same day service without telling me, it was more expensive the cost of everything was a little over 50 dollars, I come back the next day with a friend who had the same issues and saw how much he was getting charged I told them the math didn't add up. And that's when he hid behind lies and excuses of "we have no refunds, or exchanges that's our policy, the ladies in the back have to get paid too, im gonna go by what's on the receipt the receipt said it was written to be picked up ata a certain time." However I told him I wasn't gonna stand in front of him and lie to his face there was a miscommunication between me and the person who helped me. Because I would've never asked for same day service if it was going to cost me more and I couldn't even pick it up that same day because I had to be somewhere else. I thought back in retrospect and I specifically remember her writing my total up before even giving me a time for my clothes to be picked up, and as I'm saying she never told me it costed more for same day, I thought I could trust these people, I thought I would be trusted as a customer or even my military background and honesty would change the perspective of this manager, but no all I got was get the fuck out of my store a long with a lot of bs followed by not even being compensated. A few of the females are extremely rude! Plus my husband went to get dress blues updated and the owner was very nice on the phone told us we could get it back same day. So we headed up there and his employees told us we couldn't get it back same day. They called the owner asked him and he said yes I did tell him that. While waiting we listen so a few employees talking do much smack about the owner and EVEN the customers too! Tried to sell a few uniforms there and yeah yet again one of the women was rude rolled her eyes and didn't even look at the items and said no sorry. I am new to the Marine Corps lifestyle and I went into Fosters to buy some items to show support for my husband who had just been deployed. The staff (all female) were incredibly rude and condescending towards me.
