Avoid Collins Landscape at all cost. The used car salesman of landscaping . Dishonest /…read moremisleading. Collins purposely shorts the product you order with their miniature "scoop" size. And once their delivery truck dumps at your site and you immediately realize that you were misled, you're stuck. Their Driver claims ignorance, admits something doesn't look right, takes multiple pics, and recommends you call the office as he drives away. The owner Gary Collins is, of course, unavailable / unresponsive for days and the manager's response is to ask if you want to purchase even more. LOL. They, after the payment and delivery when questioned, suddenly report they use a smaller Special Scoop Size than you will find at almost any other supplier (their scoop magically weighs your product... not a Yard but their version of a guesstimation "ton scoop." Yep not a Yard scoop that otherwise is the industry standard.) And you end up severely shorted with rock weighing 1.3 to 1.5 tons per yard scoop costing you and profiting Collins big bucks. So, when Collins is trying to sell you "Scoops", you better get in writing that it's not a cooking scoop or a news reporter scoop. Dont trust them. Dont pay in advance. Watch Them closely when loading your purchase... or Simply save yourself and just shop somewhere else. SHAME on you Collins Landscape of Anderson

It was completed in 9 days, and they worked virtually non-stop the entire time. The craftsmanship was meticulous, from the paver installation to the artificial grass. Arranging the project through Israel was a breeze and Ramone and his crew delivered a masterpiece. They did virtually everything I asked for and a few things I never expected - like replacing the sod damaged by the heavy machinery and power cleaning the entire area at the end. They made the experience from beginning to end a real pleasure - I certainly would recommend them for any project large or small.

Happened to see a neighbor using Ellason Tree Service so we decided to ask if they could help us…read moregrind some branches and then move some dirt for us. We were pleased when they said they could take care of the branches that day and the dirt in the next two days. They did manage to get the branches chipped the day of our discussion but managed to leave the road and driveway a huge mess. The dirt was an even bigger issue. Despite saying that they could do it within two days, it took them 20 to get it done. I attempted to contact them 11 times to see when they were planning on completing what they had said they could do. Often I would get a response the next day. Sometimes they would blame the weather (two separate occasions). Frankly it felt like they could've cared less about our business. When having our initial conversation, they quoted the work at $150 for the branch removal and $175 for the dirt moving only to have them come back weeks later tell us it was now $200. On top of all of this, the dirt moving they did destroyed our yard (which we knew could be a possibility with skids being used) but they destroyed part of our children's playset area and our french drain which had cost us several thousands to install to begin with. Needless to say, I would never suggest working with Ellason Tree Services. If they knew the dirt moving was out of their general scope of work, I would've preferred they just tell us that up front but now we have more work than we had before they did anything for us.
