Unfortunately, they left early and did not fulfill the service we paid for, leaving us without footage promised. What was even more disappointing than the missed footage was how the situation was handled afterward. Rather than acknowledging the mistake or taking responsibility, they did not admit they had missed the footage until our wedding planning company became involved. Even then, there was no apology, no accountability, and no refund for the portion of the service that was never provided. The lack of accountability and customer service was the most disappointing part of this experience. When you're hiring someone to document a once-in-a-lifetime event, reliability and integrity matter. You need to be able to trust that your vendor will deliver what was promised and, if something goes wrong, take responsibility for making it right. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with DNPixels. Based on our experience, I would not recommend DNPixels, especially if you're looking for a reliable videographer for a wedding or another special event.

We were beyond thrilled to hire them just from our initial phone convo. They are both so outgoing and so thrilled to be part of your day! We hired Hey Love Studio as a guest photographer at our wedding (we had already hired a wedding photographer). As a guest photographer, Valerie (and a second shooter, since she had to travel for our wedding) was dedicated to capturing guest portraits (couples, families, etc.) and guests mingling. (professional portraits in lieu of crappy photo booth pics with the couple's names and date stamped all over it). She knew the "assignment," let us (the couple) do our thing, and she forking nailed it! We received our gallery about a week and a half later, and it brought us so much joy to look through and see just how beautiful our guests looked! When they say your wedding day flies by, they are not kidding - so we are that much more grateful to have these photos to forever remember how beautiful every single guest looked! Our guests will receive a printed copy (as their "thank you" card) in the mail, along with a QR code to our full gallery so that they can download a digital copy. Bonus: my bridesmaids jumped on this and also hired Valerie to shoot our Rehearsal Dinner as a surprise to us. Yes, I am aware they open at 10am. This was an exception appointment made as I had a 10am across town. Person on the other end of the phone understood and accepted the 9am time. This person no showed. So I drove from my home in Forney, TX to Richardson for no reason. A complete waste of time and effort. Hopefully you will have better luck than me, but be sure to operate within their normal business hours as they will not honor appointments made outside of them.

We have received compliments by everyone on our wedding photos, as well as how good they were. They were never in the way and they never took away from the experience.
