We loved Ms. Nicole when she was in the infant room and she has been incredible as the head teacher in his toddler room. Sign language and valuable social skills are just a few of the wonderful things he has gained while learning with Ms. Nicole. Our children are our world and the teachers understand that and form a bond with each child that lasts beyond their time with them in their classroom. I also need to mention Ms. Himiko who is incredibly organized, professional and helpful on a daily basis. I can't thank these ladies enough for all they do!

Yes, it is a bilingual place, their English is not fluent, but they try to give you their best. My little one dealt with other kids from different cultures, and now she knows about diversity, and for me it's a BIG BLESSING. In my case, my baby didn't have any experience before in Day Care, I was so scared, but when I hear my little one singing songs, waking up every morning happy, and finishing her program more confident and enthusiastic; I can recommend this place 100% for sure. If someone at the school did speak good English they did not refer me to speak with them. The schools location is great and my child tried out one of the classes. He seemed to really like the feel of the class. Overall I was not able to enroll my child in this school due to communication and feeling like the staff did not care about my concerns. I was extremely disappointed with how me and my child's needs were handled. If you do not speak Spanish I do not think this is the school for you and your family.

I love Cranium Academy; we need more programs like this…read more Keep in mind Cranium has two main functions, it is a private school catering to pre-school and elementary school children during the day and in the afternoon/evening it serves as an after-school program. It also provides summer camp, birthday parties and holiday camps for the above referenced grade-levels. The academy is located in a store front shopping plaza but it's huge, with multiple classrooms, large play areas, a playground and an administrative office. They have state of the art educational equipment and a wide variety of play equipment for all children who attend. The two children I care for attend the after-school program and they love it. The education staff help them with their homework and then engage them in play time. Each staff member is pleasant and you can tell they love their students. One of the best features of the academy is the secured entry. All guardians must be registered and are provided with secure access for entry. That is by far my favorite feature because it lets me know my kids are safe. The after-school program is also very affordable for all families. I highly suggest Cranium for your after-school needs as well as possible private schooling options.

The intimate setting of the classrooms as well as the small teacher to student ratio is perfect for helping to develop little minds in a educational and nuturing setting. My youngest son has just started at Premier this year and I have already seen such improvement on catching up on a few milestones. The staff is caring, attentive, communicative, and trustworthy. Premier feels like an extended family to us and we are so grateful for such a wonderful school right here in our neighborhood!

Copy of email that my husband sent on 8/15/2020…read more Our first week experience at this Kiddy Academy location was not up to our standards. We will not be returning on Monday, as discussed. The girls were not in attendance whatsoever on Wednesday, as discussed, and the fact that there ever was any confusion in that matter is alarming to say the least. It is a hundred percent your responsibility to know when children are in your care and when they are not. This is a huge safety concern. Also, before trying to confront my wife about trying to bring the children for care for four days, instead of the agreed upon three, check your records and security cameras to make sure you are correct, beforehand. This past Friday, my wife did check the children in around 10:30am, which she was told was too late. She was confronted in the lobby by a staff member, who kept telling her that the children should be there by 9am, and no later. Otherwise, this facility is not "properly staffed" as mentioned. The girls did miss Monday, as originally scheduled, but were in attendance on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, rather than the original schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday. However, Friday was always a part of the plan, so I do not understand how this facility would not be "properly staffed" on that particular day. If a staff member was sent home early because someone assumed our children would not show up for all three days we were charged for, that is not our fault. We never spoke with anyone and told them our girls would not be attending on Friday. On my wife's part, we have never had our daughters in daycare and she did not understand that the schedule for drop off and pick up was supposed to remain the same each day. A simple call or email or even a discreet word in the lobby, after the kids had been taken to their classroom, would have sufficed, rather than making it a bigger deal than it had to be and making her feel uncomfortable. Lastly, on Friday morning, my wife witnessed that same staff member who felt the need to confront her in the lobby with our three children about bringing the children too late in the very first week, call our daughter Brielle by her sisters name. We know having twins can be confusing, but they are fraternal, not identical. They look similar, but not the same. The fact that no one could tell which child is which by the third day in your care is also alarming and another gigantic safety hazard, aside from the fact that each child's name should be known, anyway. Highly disappointed would be an understatement, especially after waiting so long for this location to open. There are plenty of other facilities in the area, but it definitely didn't really seem as though our business was highly valued, which seems odd, to say the least, especially with two little girls. Update 8/30/2020 Not only do we lose out on the registration fee for my daughters attending for 3 days, but they are billing us for two more weeks. If we just left without issues, I'd understand. This was not the case, though. Would not recommend this location to anyone, to say the least. They will not know whether or not your child(ren) is actually present and won't even bother to learn a name or two, apparently, and furthermore, keep charging for a horrible experience due to negligence on their part.

The students have a good grade average. If I were to give a rating it would be a zero but that's not possible so I give it a one. Also the school should allow the courtyard to be in use, the kids are being crowded and shoved around trying to walk in the stuffy hallways. 1/5 stars is generous for what this school is. These teachers should be teaching for the passion of teaching not the passion of making children feel unwanted and uncomfortable in an environment where they should feel welcome.
