They also mentioned labor is $150 an hour...They don't mention drive time is also reflected on the bill. (I'm an hour away.) I asked if they could call before they came in case I already had it fixed. Two guys in an enormous truck showed up about 3 days later and informed me they were in the area and hadn't had a chance to call. Whatever. They began assessing the issue and found the problem. One watched the other for about 25 min. I was given a page explaining what they had done and was told they were taking the piece that needed to be repaired. They were going to repair the item and have it back 'in the next week'. In between doing 4 other things, I scribbled a signature and they left. The paper resurfaced a few days later and while looking it over, I noticed the 'drive time' section said an hour. But they had mentioned they were at another job about 15 min away (a large grocery store chain). I called and spoke to customer service, forget the fact she was unjustifiably rude but she talked in circles and gave the impression that I was annoying HER by inquiring about this charge. she told me the 'drive time is divided by how many jobs are in the area they are working in for the day. ::well let's hope and pray there are several!!:: So days turned into weeks, and of course me, being the little guy and afraid to call and rush them- cause they're already rocking me on the drive time BS and $150 an hour nonsense. They show up 24 days later to replace what was fixed. Same ginormous vehicle. Sign another paper. Hour drive time, 1/2 hour labor time. wtf Receive the bill...which is more than what I originally paid for 18x what they repaired! Currently opening 2 other businesses. Will never. Ever. Call them again and will advise people not to.

Aungst signs..huh where do I start. They are a company out of schuylkill haven, they create…read morebillboards etc...They created a billboard for CACL. Which is placed on MY property. Since we purchased our home in 2018, We have been "renting" a portion of our property to Mr. Aungst. And since 2018 have never received our "rent" money on time....ever..our agreement is in a signed contract. We are to be payed for the lease of the property in which the billboard stands and clearly is advertising for the bank. Our agreement is for May of every year, if advertisements are present. It is now 2025 and still waiting for payment for May 2024..I dont believe this company is reputable at all if he cant even pay for land he uses, even though he gets paid from the bank to advertise it. Legal actions are now in the works..So my advice, if aungst signs comes to you with a proposal to "rent" an area of your property, DONT DO IT

I have called twice and spoken to two different people and nobody has ever called me back. One day a girl called to see if we were satisfied with our sign and I told her what had happened- she said she would have the new owner call us and still NOTHING. This is not a good way to do business. I wouldn't recommend this company.
